  1. Nah the 440 staying, I don't even want to do a hemi swap. Hemi's are expensive and everyone does it, so I'm gonna keep the big block 440…
  2. New ride… Not a GM, but it is an undeniable muscle car…
  3. Reading his signature, I'm guessing it's a 94 Camaro…
  4. Safe bet on stock 22's 33x12.5x22
  5. Today I took the Pro Comp rims off and put the factory 18's back on. After realizing I don't use this truck as a truck, because the '91 does everything. This truck is basically a commuter for me and I don't need that big of a payment for that. So the truck is being traded in on a 2015 Escape AWD, it's my first Ford since my 05 F150, but it was a really good deal and I even made money on the Silverado… I hate to see it go, but I could use that money on other things (looking at buying a 78 4 speed Malibu coupe)… I'll still be around with the '91, it'll be getting a little more attention now too…
  6. Looks good, I love a regular cab long box 4x4…
  7. Thanks, I did like the white walls, unfortunately those tires are no more. They've been replaced with my old Duratracs until I can find another set I like. The BFG's were ok, but I wanted something taller, they were only 285/65/18's and the Duratracs are 275/70/18's. And when one of them got a bolt in it, that was it…I'm trying to find a set of tires I like in a 33x12.5/18, and hope they have white walls…
  8. I get compliments on my truck all the time, people really like the colour…
  9. The Levelling blocks will be stiffer then the 5100's, but it's not horribly stiffer…
  10. There are 0mm offset, pro comp 6631's I believe. I did trim but that was for the -12mm rims I thought I was going to put on, these rims didn't need it… The BFG's are not on the truck right now, got a 1/2" bolt through one and didn't want to wait for the new tire to come in, so I put my 275/70/18" Duratracs back on for now. They are taller then the 285/65/18 BFG's and still don't rub… I've been mulling around the Idea of a 6.5" or 7" lift lately so I may be getting a different set of tires again… We'll see…
  11. I have 5100's on my truck, they are set at the top notch which is 1.85". I installed a 1/4" spacer under them to give me about 2 3/8" lift. I wouldn't go over 2 1/2" of lift in the front, because the angles of the suspension won't like it… I find the ride quality improved greatly with the 5100's and I'm very happy with them…
  12. Installed and intune 87 octane and corrected my tires size, as well as deleted AFM. Gonna play around with the intone a bit, then get a custom tune later…
  13. You can, but it depends on the lift. A kit like the RC 7.5" kit really can't handle the extra lift because it is essentially a 5" lift with a 2.5" levelling kit, so it causes the angles to be maxed out. Putting 5100's on it set at anything more then 0 will give you bad angles…
  14. Any levelling kit is going to require an alignment. Anytime you do anything to the front suspension of a truck you need to do an alignment…
  15. The Methods will look good, If they didn't cost double to get them in Canada I would've went with the Method Hole Magnesium's. Not many people running those, and I liked the look… May still see about getting a set for the '91, if the prices ever come down…
  16. Yes you can use the Bilstein 5100's on your truck, but I'd recommend setting them to 0 lift. Only because the 7.5" RC lift maxes the angles out on the truck, setting the 5100's higher will give you problems… And yes there are 5100's available for the front of the 2014+ 1500…
  17. Wow that was a clean truck, to bad it was a 4.3… Nothing wrong with it, just would be so much cooler if it were a 5.7…
  18. Washed it… Then took it to the beach…
  19. Why not? I take care of my vehicles, I also make a point to park out of the way. And in a parking lot their insurance doesn't always take care of it, not in no fault states or provinces, not to mention 9 times out of 10 the **** that hits you in a parking lot doesn't do it in front of you or hang around.
  20. That sucks, but I know my temper that's enough to make me go ballistic…
  21. Some day it'll be sunny here and I'll be able to take a pic in the sunlight…
