what is it exactly in the truck, that when high beams are turned on tells te fogs to turn off? is it programming or a relay?

i kinda want all the USB's to functionproperly, but honestly its really not needed because even the 1 USB plug i have now i just use to charge and bluetooth for media.

the whole ip harness? not just the center console. the ip harness is what theis one will plug into, i assume a large amount of the dash will need to come out including the deck to be able to swap it. maybe it is just a couple of beer job.

comparing where the steps are on yours and where they are on my stock boards, i really thing they are too far forward, which sucks because i dont like the look of mine, and dont want power steps.. they totally got it wrong, heeds to be 4-6" further back

is it tough to swap out? or like a day job with a couple beers?

tbarn any chance you ever figured out about that other harness that the trucks with the factory center console installed would come with? the harness from the radio to the harness in the console.

has anyone tried the Iron cross 2 step bars? they look similar to nfab but are only $150 on ebay

after reading this, im curious f i could disable DRL in main beam by unplugging pin #7 this would eliminate the need for a wiring harness for HIDS, just always on when headlights on at full voltage. besides this, has anyone found out a way to control the fogs when highs are on? or is it just controllable wit lows but always on with highs?

you can get tire markers and colour in the letters. it wears off but you just have to re-apply. ive never used the stuff, but ive seen it used a lot on motorcycles. http://www.summitracing.com/int/search/part-type/tire-letter-markers-sticks

that grill is awesome,, interested to see how yours turns out. i love color matched grills on most cars/trucks. i painted the one on my CTS years ago.

are you just going to paint the grill you have now or getting the OEM paintable grill? i heard using vinegar to etch the chrome works, and so does scotchbright to remove the chrome then you can paint it.

do you mean 305/55/20? or 50/20?? but where would it contact with a more aggressive offset? it wouldnt be the control arms , sway bar or anything on that side of the wheel (at least not the way im picturing it) i just found out the wheels i want come n a +15 so thats what im probably going to go with. my first choice wheel is the Rockstar 2's but dont wantit because it gotten too popular around here and they also list at $400-475 a pop..next Metal mulisha but its $350-400 a wheel.,..the Eagle 050 i can get for $200 a wheel and i really like it so right now it looks like im going to go with Eagle 050 black +15 offset with 2.5" RC level and 285/60/20 Duratracs unless you confirm 305/55/20 then i may go with that. Really curious how you like that nitto....how is it on ice? and dry highway?

thanks! i guess i really need to pick my rims first before buying the tires then. i thought that a lower offset pushes the wheel out giving it a wider stance? so in theroy, wouldnt that make it fit a wider tire? example: i think i read stock offset is +24, but if i went with a +14 it would be 10mm further out, and a zero ofset would be 24mm further out (wider stance ) than stock someone correct me if im wrong.

did anyone see if someone is riding on a 305 wide tire? im starting to consider 305/55/20 duratracs which is 33.2"/12.01"/20 and i know 295/55/20 fits with a 2.5" lift running zero offsets.

on that note, i sent BFG a message and they are releasing more sizes of the KO2 in early 2015...but i dont know what they consider early... i specifically asked about 285/60/20

awesome thanks. was it rubbing all the time or just at full lock? i just emailed my rim/tire guy again last night for some KO2's in 275/60/20s but if he cant get those my other local tire shop has duratracs in 285/60/20 on sale for about 35% off - very limited inventory ill be paying about $1200 for the 4 tires.

what was your rim offset? and what did it rub on, was it the air dam?

awesome. im looking at those exact tires. i wanted the 275's but they are sold out. the 285's are a lot more money tho

you saying even with a 2" front level its a issue for the ball joints?
