  2. true. but the 300+ hp 5.3l performs really well in a reg cab. here's mine, updated.
  3. i scrape that airdam at least twice a week...so i think i'll leave it stock. unless you are talking about the lower center section of the bumper? if so, yes i have thought about painting it gloss black
  4. i've posted my scattered around the forum...but these are my favorite pics i've taken, so far:
  5. yes sir. http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/topic/169259-d3m0ns-2014-dropped-chevy-reg-cab/
  6. i'll have to get back to you on the backspacing. as for the rest of the info, it's a 4/7 mcgaughys drop with 1" adjustable shackles to give me a 4/8 the front wheels are Intro Wheels 818s 22x8.5 with 265/40/22 Nitto NT420s tires (30.4" tall) the rear wheels are Intro Wheels 818s 22x10.5 with 305/40/22 Nitto NT420s tires (31.6" tall) since the rear tires are a little over 1" bigger than the fronts, the 1" drop evened out the wheel well gap better and brought the rake down. For the wheels, i went with polished hoops and the centers are brushed with a clear powder coating.
  7. just some sunny day pics on my Intros..
  8. 22x8.5 fronts wrapped in 265/40/22 nitto 420s 22x10.5 rears wrapped in 305/40/22 nitto 420s Intro 818s.
  9. i still think this is driveshaft related. wonder if anyone has put on an after market driveshaft?
  10. here's mine. 4/6 drop on centerlines
  11. who has access to a dyno? someone get it up to 65-75 and see if it still vibrates.
  12. attempted this morning and last night. still shakes at 65+ even in m4 @ 3200 rpm I do not believe it's tire balancing, 1. because it's too wide spread a problem for tire balance 2. i've installed new wheels and tires and the shake is still there i do not believe it is shock/suspension. 1. shake is more side to side than vertical 2. I've installed after market shocks in the rear with no change to ride quality. 3. minimal, if any, steering shake. it's a cab vibration. i do not believe it is transmission. 1. vibration occurs in all gears 2. vibration does not increase or decrease due to RPM I believe the vibration is aft of the transmission along the drivetrain.
  13. i will try this as well
  14. 208 pages. <---
  15. has there been any owner fix with this? i installed new wheels and tires and the shake is still there. shocks?
