  1. Is your grill powder coated? I like it!
  2. Well that makes me feel a little better about them, but I still can't say I trust them. that tape on the back would not stick for me at all.
  3. The end is wide open, I can't see them lasting. They give off great light, and would be great for in the truck. Try dipping one in some water, let's see how long it lasts. Sent from my SM-G900W8 using Tapatalk
  4. I'm not sure if anyone else picked up the strip lights off of Amazon. They are cheap and shitty, I can't imagine they would last more than 5 minutes in the rain. Don't buy them. Sent from my SM-G900W8 using Tapatalk
  5. With all the bullshit I've been told from my dealer about oil changes I really don't know what or who to believe anymore. They told me to not go by the monitor, to come in at 7000k, and even if I go with fully synthetic oil, still come in at 7000k. I asked what the advantage of having fully synthetic is then, since I've heard you can go almost twice the distance on it, and he just told me longer engine life.
  6. I did, and so did the originator of this thread. Way back to page 1.
  7. Are the door panels tough to take off? Are these mirrors power close as well? Sent from my SM-G900W8 using Tapatalk
  8. I added some underlights connected to my interior lights. Sent from my SM-G900W8 using Tapatalk

  10. In the drivers side footwell there are these connectors. For tying in your footwell lighting I tapped into the grey connector (far left) pin 1 (which is a grey wire). Sent from my SM-G900W8 using Tapatalk
  11. What would you like to know?
  12. I just grounded to the body. There is a few bolts under the dash that are easily accessible.
  13. There are a few places you can tap into, but I chose in the drivers side footwell. You could also try the drivers side front pilar. In the footwell there are 3 connectors that have wires running to them. You want the one on the left side, a grey 26 pin connector. Specifically pin 1, which is a grey wire. I T tapped off of this. You can test in by opening your doors(seeing that the dome lights come on) then unplugging the connector. If the lights go out, that's the one. I ran my wires under the floor carpet to hide everything. PM me if you need help. Nitrodatsik was a huge help for me on this one.
  14. http://www.oznium.com/prewired-superflux Cheap and easy. Sent from my SM-G900W8 using Tapatalk
  15. Installed footwell lighting. Sent from my SM-G900W8 using Tapatalk
  16. Is the grey wire positive or negative? And that's for the dome lighting right? I just want to make sure, I don't want to have to do it twice. I'm gonna add footwell lights, as well as door lights. Footwell lights just like the ones from the very first post. Sent from my SM-G900W8 using Tapatalk
  17. Anyone know what colour wire the dome lights might be? I'm hoping to tap into it so I can add some lighting for when I open the doors. This is the best I could find, and I'm still a little confused. http://www.silveradosierra.com/electrical-manuals/2014-silverado-wiring-info-t228266.html NitroDatsik? You're kinda the lighting guy, maybe you can help me out. Thanks.
  18. Was it easy? Is there a youtube video to help? The video kicks out after 20kms or so right?
  19. Installed the Pop & Lock tailgate lock. Works pretty good and it really wasn't that hard to install. Took about an hour. Sent from my SM-G900W8 using Tapatalk
  20. Pretty much the same one I have.....I like it but it was a pain in the ass to install. Get ready to learn how to remove the bumper.
  21. For the price I'm sure that it wont be bad, but don't expect any long range pattern out of these. I have one mounted in the same spot as you, for around the same price, and the flood on it is ok........until I bought 2 10" Rigid industries lights. Boom! The light difference is unbelievable. Managed to pick them up used for $700 and spliced it together to run off of the wireless remote. If only I could show people in person the difference, unbelieveable. But for that price, I wouldn't feel ripped off man.
  22. How do they paint between the box and the cab? and if they do paint there, how do you ever peel that off? *Dip not paint sorry.
  23. I just installed 6k HID bright and dims in my truck last night, and honestly....I'm not that impressed. I like the white of the lights, but I was expecting it to be brighter. Are there different quality bulbs out there or is that just how it is? I even got the 55w ones hoping it would be brighter.
  24. Hopefully these can be seen....
  25. Tried adding some pics through tapatalk, i have no idea if it will work. Had a few minutes to snap some bad pictures. Debadged some of the chrome, rigid lights on n fab light bar, light bar behind the grill, added back up lights, dipped the rims.....more to come. Sent from my SM-G900W8 using Tapatalk
