  1. I would have them powder coated if you want the color to last on them. Textured Black PC would be a perfect fit. I am guessing that GM accessories are not warrantied for more than a year, but I don't know that for a fact.
  2. Lol, didn't know they made replicas thar big.
  3. Holy big wheels, those like 24? Not my cup of tea, but whatever floats your boat.
  4. I wish 285/55/20 came in something other than 10ply e load. They're just over kill for the typical street truck.
  5. Just an FYI for anyone who is looking to buy tires fairly soon: http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/topic/172164-discount-tire-direct-on-ebay-special-100-off-400/
  6. Removing is probably the best option, makes the truck easier to clean too. I just used fishing line and then peel pulled up the sticky stuff with my fingers. It comes off somewhat easy. Any residue left I cleaned with goo gone. Then I waxed the area. Tailgate took about 15 mins or so for the bowtie and then 10 mins for the letters.
  7. Leveling does so much for these trucks.
  8. Thank you! I had the tails painted, was really worried about going to dark again (was pulled over in my last car for this). The light shines through these just fine, but I think they are a tad too dark again. I have a backup set that I am going to bring to the painter and see if he can go lighter still. My last debate for now is: 1. Leave Silverado in Chrome on Side 2. Plasti Dip it Black and Put Glossifier over it, so it's gloss black. 3. Remove it all together
  9. Couple pics after a bath and the new tires:
  10. I really like those wheels, wish they made them in 20".
  11. Help me out, I can't make up my mind on which tires to get. I have factory 20x9 Black Chrome Sierra wheels on my Silverado. They came with 275/55 Conti LX20 Eco tires. I want to put an AT tire on, but I can't make up my mind. I have no plans to lift, but I don't mind doing a level if I have to. I would prefer to stay stock height though. Should I just get a AT Tire in 275/55, or do you think I'll be fairly safe with 305/50?
  12. I like the fluffyness of 275/60, but I want something that will protect the edge of the wheel as well. Did you rub at all at stock height up front?
  13. Just put on some Sierra wheels that have the PVD Black Chrome finish. Now, I need to change to an AT better looking tire. Need opinions on what size and tire to get. I plan to stay at stock height all around Should I go with 275/60/20 33.0" 285/55/20 32.3" 305/50/20 32.0"
  14. Those wheels look great.
  15. Love this look!
  16. Probably going to buy these tomorrow and throw them on this weekend.
  17. Looks great! The toppers look nice on the short beds.
