  1. If you have a vibration on hard acceleration I would bet it's the same as mine and we've pin pointed that feeling to the differential. It was REALLY bad, they rebuilt it, it was better and now it's all bad again. When they took a look at it they found that and the drive shaft to be built way out of spec.
  2. Also, what's your current mileage? Are they asking you to pay for usage?
  3. We are exactly there right now, scroll a few pages back and you'll see I posted while we were test driving and visiting two different dealerships. All four Sierras we drove had vibrations, granted two were very minor compared to what we are used to. Now, my husband just stopped someone at Walgreens (yes, we stop people and ask at this point) with a 2015 CC Silverado with 20s. He bought it with 200 miles and it had a slight vibration at 65 MPH, he brought it back and inquired about it and they told him to drive it more there was nothing to right now. As of today he has 900 miles on it and the vibration is gone. So it's up to us to take the chance now. Take one with the slight Vibration and hope it goes away or fight and possibly have to pay usage out of our pocket?
  4. Our problem Rally 2 has the 22s with bridgstones. They've replaced the tires twice and had to order four to get two round ones.
  5. These four we drove were all GMC sierras.
  6. Good year Eagles
  7. All 20" goodyears. They are all Sierra SLTs. On to the fourth Truck.
  8. On to dealership No. 2 - third test drive in a 2015 Sierra today - result: vibration. Going to try one more and then I don't know. We have to see with GM what they want to do. But we can't afford to pay them 4k to have them buy back the vehicle.
  9. So the second Sierra we drove was worse than the first. Both driven at highway speeds and immediately noticeable. This is going to be a fun new adventure.
  10. Ours developed the vibration at 6,000 Miles, so we're ready for that too. We've gone from A to Z with this problem so we're very aware. Thanks
  11. GM agreed to replace our vehicle, we're out test driving a Sierra as we speak. It vibrates in between 70-80 MPH. Going back to try another ?
  12. Just curious, I wonder how much all of you that went and traded in brand new trucks, what was your loss? I had a 2014 Ram and unfortunately did not like it enough to keep. TIA!
  13. Uhhhhh, make sure you try the feeling on tight turns. I didn't like how it moved me around so much in the seat. After that I got nothing ?
  14. Too bad the guys at Bill Buck are amazing! You probably went to Sunset then. They guys over there damaged one of our customers corvette ? HAHA! Glad they checked on your problem and tried to help!
  15. You went to my friends at Bill Buck Chevrolet!!! They know us well and have been nothing but amazing in working with us. They are practically family now? don't know if that's a good thing though........ LOL
  16. They'll never fix it ? sorry!!!! Ours is a 14' rally 2 with 20,000 miles now (been dealing with it since 9,000 miles) and they done everything. Changed 4 tires, road forced, rebuilt differential, replaced rear shaft, changed two more tires. We've begun the BBB process for them to take it back. We've also stopped two other rally 2 owners on the road and they have the same exact issues. Sucks because we LOVE this package and this truck. But there's no way we'll take our chance on another one. You can look a few pages back and see the videos I've posted of our vibes. Have you felt it since the beginning or did you get your tires rotated?
  17. Is it a rally 2 or rally 1?
  18. That makes sense!
  19. Technically it's not free, I've been paying my stupid payments on time when due up until now and will have to continue to do so until they decide to change it. If they decide to reimburse some of my payments THEN it's free! I don't see how getting car sick every single day on the highway for 45 mins each way is worth it. I'm beyond pissed off with my vehicle. Also, did they do a change of collateral or did you refinance the new VIN? I don't want to have to take out a new loan. I'd rather keep paying the original one off. We reopened our case last Monday after our final repair attempt and haven't heard a peep from GM. I'm assuming we'll get an arbitration date Friday or Monday. Here's to hoping!
  20. I had a 2014 and traded it in for my Chevy. The looks we're great but I HATED the ride. Although it was smooth, you got plastered to the sides on every turn. I have some tight abs from that truck! Haha!
  21. We're going through exactly the same thing and have similar mileage as you on our 2014. We just finished our final repair attempt and have reopened our case with GM and the BBB. They have until the end of next week to contact us before we have to set an arbitration date. Multiple people at our dealership have told us it's time they get us in a new truck so we're lucky to have them on our side. The FL lemon law can only be pursued AFTER you've gone through the BBB. So at least it seems like here in FL the BBB is somewhat regulated by the attorney generals office. So once again I shall say, we will see!!!!!
  22. is there another dealer you can go to?
  23. You give us hope that we may find one that is "as smooth as glass" as we've heard other people say!
  24. So how do you like your Ram!? if you read a few pages back my experience is going sort of the way yours did except for I've had to drive mine through out this process and now have 20k miles on mine. Seeing as your dealership was always on your side and did what they could for your problem, how did that affect your buy back process? Just wondering because we just finished the final repair attempt with no improvement and are waiting on a GM rep to call us. Just curious to know if this will be a tad bit easier because my dealership is with me 100%. Glad to see someone from a while ago is still hanging around!
  25. Unless you sent them the final repair attempt they'll keep working on it. We just had ours with the engineers for a whopping two days. They replaced the two front tires that failed the road force. We don't know why that's all they did, I looked my service advisor square in the eye and told him it wouldn't be fixed. And guess what, it wasn't even a little bit better. They already road forced and changed out four tires before the rebuilt the differential and changed the shaft. We have to call Monday to find out the next step but seeing as they spent so little time with out truck we think they ruled it as a lost cause, so hopefully the buy back talks will go smoothly!
