M5 just deactivates the AFM, so the truck stays in 6 or 8 cyl depending on your engine. -

that one sounds like it is resonance from the exhaust system and possibly wind. ask them to add sound deadening material under the floor, I used to have a car that had some wrapped over the top of an exhaust shield, and even over the drive shaft do you mean M5 mode? also, I believe that Ring and pinion mesh under high twisting force was brought up a few dozen pages ago. I think it was abominable. maybe he can chime in, as I don't fully remember what he found/ thought -

The give you equal MSRP, not lower or higher.... If you want to upgrade, its on you. In addition, there are some vibration issues in the HD series aswell, there is a thread on this site about it. it's no where near as big as this, which many still consider very small, but it is there. GM has atleast tried to fix that one by doing a silent TSB to add a dempening system to the steering column on the HD trucks. -
well atleast you may know whats wrong lol.

before you go contacting them, look at the reviews on them, This firm is nothing more than ambulance chasers... there are tons of bad reviews and reports on them. I started talking to Hagens&Berman's Seattle Office last week to try to get them to take the case. They are currently handling 3 class action cases against GM for the ignition switch fiasco. (1 National Class action, 2 on behalf of the Attorney General for 2 different states)... We should all be contacting Hagens&Berman, they are a much better firm. Yes that text says trucks and SUV's, but the list they show only includes SUV's I've had the same conversation with both a Ford and Ram dealer, MSRP of my truck is about 62k (including all options accessories and extended warranties) and they offered me 32k at the ford dealer and 35k at the Ram dealer. After Calculating it, I should have been offered around 45k (after deducting for depreciation and all incentives received) One of the things I want to talk to the attorney about is whether I can go trade it for whatever I can get they get the difference out of a lawsuit. Realistically I could file 4 individual suits myself for all of the different issues, one of which includes fraud that I have physical written proof of. If I wanted to take the time to go that route, I could get way more than the MSRP of the truck, but I don't really want to spend the time dealing with that. I just want a truck that works as its supposed to. -
I've had that happen, my radio is always horrible, but I've had days where I can only get static no matter what station I put on. I've also had days where I won't even get static, the radio just won't play anything, won't let me adjust volume, won't let me change stations, the whole unit basically just stops working. I've even had one day where I only got audio out of the the speaker in the passenger front door, then next time I got in, it played through both the front and rear passenger door, then the next time I got in, it played through all speakers... The entire unit is just a complete mess. This is in addition to all of the other issues I have with this POS truck.... I really wish I never bought the thing

odd that they dont list the pick-ups in this. I think they may really be referring to the pressurization issue in the SUV's more than the vibration we have -

I think thats 51psi on mine.... I would assume that would make the waaayyyyyyyy worse, but I am going to be adjusting the pressure in my tires tomorrow morning, so I will try doing max then reduce later and compare -

I have 2 sets of rims and tires, 18's with GY Wranglers and 22's with Bridgestone Duellers , both have the vibration and both are factory sets. I have driven of roads that were paved the night before, and at times on those roads, the vibe has never been worse, so I don't think road surface conditions play much of a factor. I know that feeling lol the engine warms up . I actually looked at the pressure in my tires, which have dropped due to the cold, i need to raise them all about 4 psi you and others may like these part 1: part 2: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8gbEfeVGhw http://www.nbcnews.com/business/autos/ford-f-150-passes-crash-tests-aluminum-body-costs-more-n400991 EDIT: I called the body shop I use here in Mass, and he confirmed what the videos & article says..... the Aluminum takes twice as long to repair, and costs twice as much because of it -

Well, its been a while since I've made an update on the lawsuit I've been working on bringing against GM. I heard back from the lawfirm today, and they too have decided to pass again saying they are too small and have to be very cautious with the contingency cases they take. They recommended that I try to find a much bigger firm to take a class action of this magnitude (basically the smaller to mid-size firms are afraid of the costs that will be associated with the case) Otherwise, he recommended that we all find our own attorneys and bring individual suits against GM. I am going to try a couple more bigger firms in Boston, then if necessary try a few large firms in NYC. Unfortunately if at this point I can't find anyone to take the class action, I am going to have to try to fight for myself and go individually (can't say I didn't try lol). One way or another, I am going to fight GM as best I can on this. It is really unfortunate to see all of these new people joining after buying these pieces of shit, One way or another, I hope everyone gets some for of resolution for their issues. -

the '15's don't have HD radio, this exactly what my issues have been. Losing all highs in the radio, becoming muddied, lacking volume. It sounds like shit. On another note, today I was listening to 101.7 The Bull (BOSTON) Carrie Underwood "Something in the Water" came on, and I was noticing clipping on some of her high vocals. the volume was only 1/2 to 5/8 volume, so it shouldn't have been the volume level. Which leads me to believe the receiver has an inadequate power supply, this could be part of all of the problems, but I tend to doubt the reception issues are related to the clipping.

I believe that is correct If Firestone if the OE tire, it should work with it, IMHO Bridgestone and Firestone , are some of the best off road/winter tires, without getting in to the massive 35" off road tires or something like it I believe that is correct -
