  1. Both my truck and the Enclave have 20" rims.
  2. Interesting situation, ok recap first; traded a 2015 All Terain shaker for a 2016 SLT. Over 4,000 miles and so far no vibrations, although the 8 speed tranny has the low speed clunk. Here's where it gets interesting, traded my wife's 2015 Enclave for an upgraded 2016 with 20 inch rims. Drove it home and guess what? It had the shakes just like my 2015 Sierra! Took it back the next day to the dealer. They replaced both front tires and had to rebalance the rear tires. Drove it home and the vibrations seem to be gone. Dealer felt the two front tires had bad flat spots due to sitting on the lot for a long time.
  3. Ok I have been following this thread and have not posted in awhile. Recap, I bought a 2015 Sierra All Terain Crew Cab last May. Very disappointed in the ride due to the shake, and a few other things. Really did not enjoy driving it at all. Traded it back in for a 2016 Sierra Crew Cab with the 6.2l, 8 speed tranny. Right off the bat no vibration as was the case with the 2015. I was warned here that the shake may not show up for a while. So it feels like I am sitting on a time bomb waiting for it to happen, very unnerving. I now have 3000 miles and still no shake. I did have the truck up to 80 mph and could feel a very light shake, but no where near what the 2015 did. Do have a clunk in the tranny, sometimes, will see what the dealer can do but not expecting much to be done.
  4. Why do you need to start the truck to move the seat, don't the seats move without the truck running?
  5. Right don't count my chickens, you are right. Did not realize that for some the vibration creeps in after while. My 2015 vibrated right from the beginning. So anyone out there with a 2016 that still has the vibration issue? When did it start? Do you have the 6.2 liter? It's a heavier truck then the 5.3 right? Does a heavier truck help?
  6. Rshad, I just bought the 2016 in early December. Good point, I don't have a lot of miles on it yet, I think around 300. My 2015 vibrated right from the start, I noticed it on the test ride but thought it was because I was on unfamiliar roads, but on the ride home I really noticed it. I then came here to these forums and found out how may people were having this problem. I traded the 2015 back to the dealer for the 2016, so yeah I did take a bit of a hit, but am very happy with the 2016.....so far, it just seems to work better. No delay on the touch screen (I believe they upgraded the computer), LED headlights (didn't like the projector beams in the 2015), rides better and the 6.2 liter with the 8 speed tranny is sweet. I just hope the shake does not rear it's nasty head.
  7. Hi Everyone. Back in May, 2015 I purchased a 2015 All Terain Sierra. Loved the truck, hated the ride. Had the shake at low and high speeds. It was not consistent, some days it was there some days it was not. Very disappointed in the ride. Had traded a 2006 Chevy Avalanche which had an awesome ride so going to this issue caused me to regret buying this truck. Was determined to live with it, but was not happy. Ended up back at the dealership buying my wife a new Buick and saw a 2016 Sierra with the 6.2 liter engine. Ended up trading in the 2015 for the 2016 and could not be happier. The shake is gone, and no rumble at low speed like I had with the 2015. Now I look forward to driving again. Not sure what GMC did for the 2016's but for me it solved the issue.
