  1. Why all single rows leds? The price difference for a double row isn't that much more. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  3. Your truck looks awesome, I've got a Sierra SLE in this color and it really grew in me. I would suggest painted bumpers. I've seen a few in this color and man they look awesome, especially since your mirrors are PTM it would tie everything together. The salt looks good too haha Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I beat the shit out of the joint with a regular hammer then I remembered I had this bastard, literally one tiny tap and pop it free'd up. Passenger side popped out on its own free will. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Alignment measurements after a Rough Country 2" level on my 14 Sierra Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. After having the drivers side upper control arm stick and my passenger wheel stuck to the hub, I finally finished my 2" rough country install. My truck feels a lot more like my F150 Fx4 now. If it wasn't for the two hang ups this kit should've taken me 2 hours. I'd love to see those guys on the YouTube videos installing these kits, work on truck with 40-50k miles instead of those brand new, every bolt removes easily trucks. 7. I just rotated my tires today...every time I torque my wheels to the ridiculous 140 ft lbs i say a few Hail Marys hoping nothing strips. Seems like a ridiculously high amount of torque Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. We can probably help but it would be beneficial if you took a few pictures of the bar at different angles and with all the hardware you got with it. I assume the bar mounts in your front two stake pockets with expansion fittings or they drop in and it drops into the stack pocket and a bolt holds the bar via an existing hold near in the pocket, then a clamp style plate appears to connect the rear of the bar with the side of the bed.
  9. Did this back in my Civic days with a set of halo headlights that were chrome and I painted black. This was before the headlight retro fad was as big as it was so my supplies were limited which proved to be my downfall with resealing. Lots of fog and later water etching in the headlight, likely wasn't sealed 100%. Yours look great and clearly you followed the right steps. Good on you man!

  12. I think you're on to something, I noticed my battery voltmeter was doing the same think, up to 16V. Time to change the battery. My truck shipped to the US from Canada so I would assume from hard winters and remote start those both played a role in shortening the life of the battery.
  13. Having the exact same issues in my truck, started about 6k miles ago around 34k miles on the truck. Service stabilitrack, radio, and HVAC all went bonkers while driving, my car briefly shut down on the expressway then started back up. Brought it into the dealership they said its probably the aftermarket remote start (on the truck when I bought it). A few weeks ago the Service Theft Deterrent System started going crazy. I would try and start my car and nothing was on even the dome lights were off. Tried the back up key, no dice same issues, I have LED license plate bulbs, HIDs from RFS, and a light bar tied to my brights via a relay (t tap that triggers the relay). I'm pretty sure none of these are causing my issue. Has anyone found a resolution or any update from GM for this Theft Deterrent issue? I may replace my battery just to rule that out. I'm at 40k so just out of warranty. Contacted my dealership this morning on this issue and sent them a bunch of other forum links to the same Theft Deterrent discussion. Waiting to hear back from them. I would hate to get stranded with my kids in the truck when the Sierra decides it was to not start...
  14. Is anyone running a switched power lead to their light bar switches? Meaning you can leave your light bar switch on and when you turn the truck off it also turns off? Or all you all running constant power to the switch so lights can be used when the truck is off? I'm trying to find a switched fuse position I can use to power a bar and 2 cubes for behind my grill. 15. Is that a dorman switch? I had those in my old truck worked perfect for my lights Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Looking to see where everyone is mounting their aux switches for light bars on the 2014+ GMC's. I have the trailer package so the trailer brake is in the way on the left side. I have a couple cubes and a bar I want to put behind my grill but would like to have an idea of where the switch can go. Anyone mount a switch in their center console?
