I have a 2016 Silverado 1500 Z71 CCSB with a 4 inch BDS lift. It's in the shop right now for regular maintenance (100k diff, transfer case, trans fluids, plugs, wires etc.) While the cover was off I had them replace the G80 with a Detroit TrueTrac. During the test drive they noticed a clicking noise when coasting. It appears there is some play around the C clip on the driver's side allowing it to rub against the carrier. The current hypothesis is the part was machined incorrectly allowing the play. A replacement is expected Monday. I'm concerned we'll see the same issue with the replacement. Does anyone have any feedback? Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk. My build thread: http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/index.php?/topic/192614-Tenscourts'-2016-LTZ/Z71-CCSB-4WD-Silverado
