    Of you are referring to the cap on the back of the light house of not sure if yours has it mine was a Gmc with projector lights drill a 1” hole and feed wires threw it and the kit should come with a gromit to cover hole that keeps all the crap out of light houseong and I had all hids and leds in my truck never an issue with them being leagel or illegal cops don’t care about head lights that whole law thing is a joke and it’s state by state and they must be fine since I pass inspection every year with them

    What are you putting them in I have a set of 9012 for the projecter head light and they are 6000k from DDMtuning and have never had a problem iv used them in all my trucks and cars and iv have had them for about a year and I’m taking of on my 15 Gmc and going to be selling them along with a lot of other stuff I had on the truck getting rid of the truck

    Sorry was useing voice text. yes when unlocking the truck and then jumping in to start it right way does not allow the hids to warm up fully. And then they shot off and right back on The computer in the truck on your dash board has a setting where you can turn the lights off when lock/unlocking your truck that’s what I’m talking about I did with mine and it work fine.

    Really they aren’t as bright my hids don’t seem to be as bright as some leds iv seen is cause leds are in a projector lens vs a reg light houseing

    What kind of reuck is it I have a 15 Gmc serria with projector head lights and when I put my bids in I had that prob I went into the computer setting gas and turned the lights off when lock/unlock truck I was told that when u unlock and lock truck for the bid to worm up once u get in and start truck it shots off and turns back on it wasent allowing enough time to let the bulb worm all the way up and tripping the ballets with a power serge on and off to fast but ever since then I haven’t had a prob not sure if this helps but I’m also switching out my bids and putting less in

    Overkill a question for you I have a 2015 Gmc has the wireing for the factory trailer. Brake behind glove box and the gave me a pig tail that plugs into it to wire to a after market trailer brake I was thinking of getting the plate you go do you know if I could wire it the the plug and use it just like a after market one with the factory look have you herd of anyone doing this or is there a topic in here if anyone doing that would you know

    I use anlight in my grill 20" and have a 12" one on my quad have had no problems with Esther one and as for outing strobes in your tail lights use leds not stronbs they use to much power I have them in my truck cause I'm also a fire fighter I would check your local laws about haveing them in and if I can get a pic or video on here I can show u

    Yes you could go with. Both I don't know much about opt7 my canbus system from ddm is a 35 watt system and it has everything built into the ballets and I didn't need the relay harness on my 15 Sierra it doesn't hert to have it

    The DDM kits are not ship from over seas they have 5 stores in. California When I called and ordered my kit I had it in 4-5 days they have everything in stock now if you call one store and they don't have it it will ship out of there other store

    Reasons why I didn't buy a dodge and got the gmc for some reason gmc doesn't put those in there grill but at times with the big grill openings gmc has the amount of crap that gets in there sucks Good luck what about putting the bar under the bumper by the plate like some people have

    Just don't buy cheep ones from Amazon some of them are ok I have a 15 gmc and have had my DDM tuning ones for months now if you go with them there about 125.00 for the canbus system no power relay needed just plug and play the capacitors an error eluminator are built in Also the morimotos are very good never had them but a lot of guys on here love them iv used DDM for about 8 years now and never had a problem

    Every time you get in your truck turn the auto lights off that's what I do and it seems to work that what I was told by a friend and he has had his hids working for 2.5 years now

    The kid must just be new cause iv had a inspection license for almost 20 years and all we have to do is make sure the lights work and are aimed right we don't care what bulbs u have or anything I have never herd of anyone failing a car due to its light being after market or stock

    What is the back kit never herd of it there new kits for that truck are only 35 watt canbus kits that don't require the power harness yes you can add the power harness but the Rep at DDM said for the canbus. It's not needed

    I have a 2015 GMC Sierra and my friend is a 15 Silverado we both bought H IDs through DDM tuning call them and get the can bus system that's what I have and that's what he has and they work fine simply plug it into the factory harness and put the bulb in no relay harness no error cancelers needed they were about 110.00 I think

    I believe those kits come with a test wire so you can plug the build into it and then just put it to battery for testing purposes I know the feeling I have a 15 Sierra also if you got small hands just take the air box cover off and you can get to the build

    Should have said pull the pins from the ballest so all power is the same until it gets to it the. It flips

    Depending on the Sierra the hids are drl mine they are cause I don't have the leds around the head light
