Looks pretty awesome! Where'd you pick that up?

I put a piece of gloss black vinyl on the B-pillar and the texture showed through quite a bit. You could knock it down with some sandpaper, but it'd be a shame to damage the part. I may try throwing two layers on to see if that does the trick. Vinyl seems to adhere to itself pretty well, so no great chance of it failing.

This looks awesome. Do they have trim that goes on the console like this as well? I'd love to do my doors and center console just like this in my white RST.

Here's how the truck looks right now for reference. Love the look of the tires, but can't live with them rubbing as bad as they do.

I'd considered a 295/30 but worried that it'd look a little too rubber band-ish. I'll need to find some photos to see if I could live with that look. I have an Explorer on 295/30 R24s and it looks good, but on a larger truck, it might look funny.

Wheels are a 24x10, +28 offset. Definitely want to change the tires asap. There's talk of a 285/35 24 coming out, but no idea if/when.

Man, just installed a 4/6 McGaughy's on our truck and it rubs all over. I don't blame the suspension though as it was my choice to go that low as opposed to the 3/5, but rather the tire size. I put a 305/35 24 in the front as it was the only viable option I had at the time. It rubs over the smallest of dips and rubs while turning corners. Will going up to a 3" drop in the front solve my issues or will I have to start looking at alternative tire options? The front end feels very bouncy right now too, which seems to contribute to the rubbing a bit. Long story short, I built the truck for the Toyo display at SEMA and they were planning on running a smaller, more workable tire for 24" wheels, but it wasn't ready in time for the show and I was stuck running the 305/35. Hopefully the new tires come available soon, but in the meantime I'd love to have this truck drivable because other than the rubbing it's a truly fantastic truck to drive. Any input is much appreciated!

So I've browsed about 30+ pages of this thread, doing my homework on wheel offsets. I haven't found a whole lot of conclusive info, so hopefully I can get a bit of advice. I've got a '16 CC/SB that I'm going to be dropping with a McGaughy's 4/6 drop (currently burning a hole in my living room floor). I'm having custom wheels built for the truck and want to be sure I don't have any rubbing issues. I'm going to be running a 285/35 R24 tire, so I'm currently thinking a 24x9 or 24x9.5 (if possible) would be ideal. What kind of offset will I want to shoot for? Thanks in advance for any help on this!

Did you end up selling the console? I know it was over a month ago that you posted it. I'm local to you and would pick it up this weekend if it's still available.
