    Simple it makes their service dept. more money for people paying to have tires rotated by them because of this.

    You go to the tire pressure screen on the gauge cluster and hold in the check mark with the truck not started with key in run position. Truck will honk twice and say you are in tpms learning mode. You then start with the driver front tire, place the tool next to the valve stem and press button on tool. Truck will honk once that it has recognized it. Then move to the passenger front and activate tool again move to passenger rear when it honks repeat and then move to driver rear. This info is also in your owners manual
