Truck is gorgeous, and that may be a tad prejudice considering I've had mine only 5 days now, same color (love that metallic). Only mod-to-date is tint which is an automatic ASAP must in my book. That should keep me satisfied for about a month or less then I will be itching for the next mod, which for me is typically fixing the factory rake with a front level ONLY, and then eventually throwing some new meat on these rims, which also was a MUST have for my purchase. These 35's look sick and fill the wheel wells quite nice, but 35 is a little too beefy for my liking, just IMO, but I am always skeptical on levels, especially with new year models, as with past trucks it has completely destroyed the ride. Railroad tracks and small street holes felt like my teeth were about to combust. Please give a review on these new front level kits. I love that they are cheap and easy to install, but honestly, if they produced the same ride quality as my 2014 SLT w/2.5 in RC front level ONLY did, it may be a deal breaker. I am loving the way these vehicles ride.

Yes be sure to adjust the headlights, people are not fond of being "Blinded By The Light". A few guys have detailed instructions on how far to park in front of a flat wall and measure, especially on youtube. However, I simply pulled as close to a wall as possible and adjusted the top of the light-line and brought it down about 2 inches (all a guestimate, no lining or measuring). I agree with you 100% on this look, it is a perfect affordable medium for making it look like a truck should without going overboard. Although, I will add that the guys on this forum running 35's on levels look absolutely amazing, however, as much as I want that setup its not practical for my daily driver with the amount of miles I run a day. And I would imagine you feel the same way as I do when I tell people "pictures DO NOT do it justice". Keep us posted on the light bar in the grill if you bite that bullet down the road. And also your review on the duratracs if you don't mind, those were on my list of tires before jumping on the MXT's.

Don't know the rim name but I'm sure it's available on GMC's website. Its stock 2014 OEM chrome 20's. Tires = Mastercraft Courser MXT (305/55/20) or equivalent to 33x12.5 Fender guards and tint were on the truck when i bought it so not sure of the tint % but its pretty light. But +'s is that it takes out the sun glare so that i don't have to drive with sunglasses on while driving. Now that may be irrelevant or unimportant to some, but i wear hats ALL the time and sunglasses with hats gives me a raging headache. Also, it makes the exterior of the truck appear to be 10x darker than it really is when in reality, it is not that dark at all while inside the truck looking out (especially for night time driving). I also conceal carry my weapon/s or have my shotgun in the backseat during hunting season so I have at least one inside my vehicle at all times (usually in my center console while driving). So it helps so people cannot see into it without shoving their face on my damn windows. Once again, all minor things but make having windshield tint more justifiable since it is illegal in most (if nky all) states. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Tinted windshield is a must. This was my first tinted windshield vehicle and every vehicle I own from here on out will have it. I bought this truck used with very low miles and fortunately for me it already had tinted windshield and mild aftermarket exhaust, two additional mods i would have done anyways so it saved me some money and time. And I have seen the light vars mounted in the grill and they look really good, but I cannot stand the big mounted bars on the hoods for daily drivers. Thanks for the likes. I searched long and hard to find a truck with these specific rims and Pearl White color because of intentions of a level and MT's. Very happy with how the mods turned out, so happy in fact I think I'm done. Would recommend it to anyone who's debating similar mods. And contrary to popular demand on this forum, the front air dam fender and the running boards are staying on until further. Just a heads up on the spacers, you can read 1000+ reviews on how good and reliable they are and i even thought about it at one point if i ever encountered rubbing. But I have 2 buddies who have ran them, one a 1/2 and the other a 1in, both couldn't stand them. Both complained about incredible wheel shake after the install, and one even had his right/front wheel literally fall off his truck while doing 68mph down the interstate. Cant speak for the stamped control arms on the newer trucks since I've read different things about them. But if you go one page back 227, i just posted pics of my truck. 305/55/20's with no clearance issues whatsoever. At full lock left/right and hold, it barely ( and I mean BARELY) touches the sway bar but no UCA's. The rub is so light I can't even feel it through the steering wheel. Had to force a couple of sharp U-turns then get under the truck to check. And I also heavily contemplated the 295/55's but was very happy i went with the 305's. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Very subjective topic and you will get 1000 different answers, but not bad at all IMO. Around town driving it's barely noticeable, hwy speeds at 70-75, slight hum but still not bad. Granted I do have a mild aftermarket exhaust too, so that helps drown out some of the hum as well. The tire hum is about the same noise level as the exhaust. Also, who rides in their truck by themselves with complete silence? The slightest bit of radio noise and you cant tell its there. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
