    Mine is doin the same noise on start up. 2016 5.3 .On my old toyota 4 banger it used to be from using too large of an oil filter.

    The picture of your exhaust,correct me if Im wrong.You had the flapper valve cut off and then welded it back on to the front of the borla?

      How does your idea of putting the flapper in front of the muffler work for you,I'm seriously thinking about replicating that. I did notice that the GM factory Borla cat back system does have flapper in front also.The only thing different i'll do is keep my resonator and dump behind the wheel.
