    I just bought a 2015 Suburban LTZ with 61K miles on it and my drivers seat is doing the same thing. Does anyone have a link on how to fix this? I am sure I am not covered under factory warranty anymore.

    So I took it in and they said the back port is not powerful enough to charge iPhones but works fine on Android devices. Has anyone been able to charge an iPhone using that port? Also, has anyone had luck playing videos off USB drive using that port? If so, what brand and size of drive have you used?

    Just bought a used 2015 Suburban LTZ. Love the truck so far. I do have an issue with the rear USB port under the rear air controls. I can't charge my iphone with it and when I plug a USB stick with videos I get nothing on the displays in the rear. Anyone experienced this issue?

    I am so confused. I have a 4GB FAT32 USB drive that works fine in the front USB ports on my 2015 Suburban LTZ. When I plug it into the rear port on the back of the center console where the rear temp controls are it always tells me there is nothing connected to USB. Am I missing something?
