  1. Yea I plan on investing in one as soon as I'm done fixing the truck. Is there a brand that's more recommended than another or are they all essentially the same thing
  2. It's in the way of taking my intake apart to clean it. Needs cleaning because Chevy decided to run the PCV back into the inatke and I have a buildup of oil and some dirt that got in there from the pervious owner. I just want to clean it all out before the dirt/oil slowly gets down into my cylinders
  3. I tried that already but like I said, it doesnt pull off backwards. You can see the clip bends down where the crossover goes into the rail and because of that, it doesnt slide backward.
  4. Ok so you can see here that they're held in place by 4 tabs on each clip, and it doesnt just slide straight back away from the crossover. The part of the clip that sinks down with the crossover keeps it from going straight back.
  5. No :/ theyre a weird design that's held in by a torx bolt (like those ones) but also has other ways of holding itself in place. I'll upload a picture
  6. I'm trying to disconnect my crossover from my fuel rails on my 08 sierra but I cant get the metal clips off that hold it in place. I'm sure theres a trick to doing it but I cant figure it out (Its not the same clip design as a 2000-2006). If anyone could tell me how to get them off I'd appreciate that.
