  1. I had the same issue last year. The pump would constantly shut off the closer I got to “Full” and couldn’t fill past about 3/4 of a tank. They replaced my solenoid and evap canister under warranty. Been fine ever since. My last fill up the pump clicked off, my fuel gauge read almost full and the MyGMC app was showing 92% full. About 20 minutes later the fuel gauge moved to full and the MyGMC app was showing FULL. Wonder if it’s an outside temp thing. It was in the mid 20’s at the time.
  2. Maybe swap out the cabin air filter for a fresh one as well. If it was a good pot roast with some good home cookin’ smells it could be hanging around in there too.
  3. Mine has been sitting more than usual for sure. I've put on almost 4k miles in 5 months. I work from home so I dont have a commute, but my truck is the family vehicle for weekends and stuff. I average about 12k a year. This year will definitely be less.
  4. Just got back from the dealership. Will be replacing the module. Looks like its on national backorder at the moment but once it comes in it'll be swapped out.
  5. I’m at 28k miles with 3 lights out. You’re doing pretty good. ?
  6. Everything seems to be working except for the lighting on those 3 buttons. I’ll create an appointment to have it looked at. Warranty time!
  7. Thanks all. Something to mention and get fixed when I go in for my 30k mile oil change and tire rotation. At the rate I’m driving that won’t be for another few months! Maybe I’ll schedule something before that. It’s gonna drive me nuts.
  8. I never noticed it until driving home tonight. Maybe it’s always been like that and that’s how it’s supposed to be or something has gone haywire on me. Thought I’d ask here and get a census. Was thinking maybe “Auto” disabled them since it’s cold out and snowing. Sometimes (more often than not) the truck is smarter than me.
  9. Can anyone think of a scenario where these 3 buttons, Recirculate, Defrost, and Defrost/Feet would or should not be illuminated? Am I missing something? They do function and when pressed the little yellow/orange pill does light up to show it’s on. It’s just the icon itself on the button seems to be dead.
  10. I had the solenoid and the evap canister replaced in my ‘18 after I couldn’t fill the tank past 3/4 a tank along with the pump stopping every 10 seconds. One dealer said it was normal and another dealer said there was an issue, diagnosed it and fixed it.
  11. It’s working for me now. Seeing the GMT forum in Tapatalk now. ??
  12. Not many miles on them yet. Maybe a couple hundred. But off the bat I really like them and compared to my Cooper Discoverer AT3 4S which I really liked they are way quieter despite the deeper tread. The Coopers got noisy after I had a tread issue due to a misalignment but even when they were new I don’t remember them being as quiet as the Generals. They also seem to be a softer riding tire on the pavement and bumps. Maybe because they are an SL tire compared to the Coopers which were an XL tire. Obviously no snow test yet but we had a lot of rain this past weekend and the grabbers stuck to the pavement just like my Coopers did. They are a couple pounds heavier according to TireRack compared to my Coopers but I haven’t noticed any MPG change since the switch. Last I checked the General website still didn’t have this tire listed in my 275/55/20 size. I thought that was weird that other places listed the specs but General still hasn’t. Must be a slow IT dept. ?
  13. Took a chance this time on the Grabbers. Figured with the high ratings on TireRack and the $100 rebate going on at the moment I’d give them a try. Obviously no review since I just got back from the tire shop (a whopping 6 miles) but I love the way they look and I was really surprised at how quiet they were.
  14. Anyone have any experience with the General Grabber ATX now that they have been out for a while? I noticed that they now have a P275/55/20 which is new but I can’t find anything on it. Even the General website doesn’t have that size listed. It’s there on TireBuyer and TireRack and my local shop can get them after I called and confirmed. It’s just strange to me that it’s not listed on Generals website. I’m not really interested in an LT tire. My current set is the Cooper Discoverer AT3 4S and it’s been good with the exception of a bad alignment which was my fault. Thinking about my next set which may come sooner rather than later and I was either going to go with the Coopers again or I was looking at the Toyo Open Country AT III. Would like the 3 peak snow rating as well. The Grabber ATX caught my eye when it was released but it was an LT tire and didn’t come in my size. Now they do, so I was curious if anyone caught wind of them and purchased or has any inside info. Maybe they’re too new for that! [emoji6] Thanks all!
  15. Here you go. Not sure if this is what you are looking to see or not. It’s dark out so I had to use a light. Looks as if it’s just the outer edge of the inner lugs that are thinning out. More so on this one particular tire. I’m thinking it’ll be OK for at least a little while. Now that I’m aligned I’ll just keep doing my usual 5k mile rotations when I get my oil changed, keep an eye on it and I’ll buy new tires when it’s time. Whenever that may be. May be sooner rather than later! This photo really shows how the edge of the lugs wore down.
  16. As long as it slows the rate of the tire wear. Wasn’t really looking forward to replacing tires at the moment with only 17k miles on them. ?
  17. Alignment was off.
  18. Kind of my thinking too. Go get it checked out and if it’s all good then we’ll know it’s the coopers. Like going to the doctor to get a checkup when something doesn’t feel right. ?
  19. They are the Cooper Discoverer AT3 4S. Good eye! I assumed there would be a little smoothing at the edges of the tread since it’s a pretty squared tire and not really rounded at the edges of the tread. If that makes any sense. Not sure of the correct tire terminology. I’m just a bit surprised at how much it’s worn down if that is in fact what’s going on here.
  20. Thanks, I thought of that too. I pretty religiously check them weekly and they are consistently about 35-36psi when cold.
  21. I’m guessing this would be a camber issue. I just had my tires rotated just as I always do every 5k miles and now noticed some inside wear on the rears. The rears were in front the past 5k miles. Is this a camber issue? The rest of the tires look OK. I’m thinking it’s time to have the alignment checked.
  22. I do remove a few times a year to clean and vacuum, but I have never thought to check for dampness. Good tip, thank you!
  23. Hmmmmm... not really dog crap, but an old gym sock for sure. Not sure which is worse! Yikes! And yes, the filter seemed to of gotten rid of the odor after driving the truck for a couple days after replacing.
  24. I was going to see how the new air filter worked before I went in and did anything more drastic. I haven’t noticed the smell at all since the new filter was dropped in so hopefully that was it. I only really noticed it after leaving my truck at the airport for a week while we were on vacation. Not sure if that has anything to do with anything. We got back from the trip and started the truck and it smelled a little like vinegar or maybe an old stanky sock for most of the 20 minute ride home. I’ve got teenagers so that was the first thing I looked for! It slowly got better and better through the week lasting about 5 minutes for a few days and then only a few seconds after starting the truck. Figured I’d work with the easiest solution and go from there. I’ve got an oil change coming up so I figured I’d mention it to them when I brought it in if the new filter doesn’t seem to be working. Which it does for now at least.
  25. Didn't notice this topic till now. I replaced mine yesterday after getting a funky smell for a few minutes after starting the truck each time. My filter was pretty dirty. Smell is gone after replacing with a K&N Cabin Filter. I'm confident the smell would also be gone with the OEM paper filter, but I was feeling saucy and felt like spending more money apparently.
