  1. I also have had no issues. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Not sure where he got them, but I think these are them: https://www.americantrucks.com/led-tail-lights-glossy-black-1418-silverado-1500-w-o-factory-led-tail-lights.html#utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=Card&utm_content=T5_Var3=Silver I’ve been looking for about the same amount of time too [emoji30] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Looks good! I’m still torn between aftermarket or saving up for some OEMs. Love the look of these though! Semper fi brother! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Any pictures of the finished product? Front and rear? Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Subtle! I like that! My favorite mods are ones that give your truck a “custom to you” look and feel. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Thanks! I decided to go for gloss black bow ties (cheaper and metal) and I had to get rid of the red z because I have blacked out z71 badges in the doors. OCD and consistency [emoji23]. All ties together pretty good. Just the way I want it [emoji106] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. I also ordered these and installed. https://www.amazon.com/SiriusLED-resistor-Extremely-Upgrade-Version/dp/B0774HQC8Q/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?keywords=sirius+7440&qid=1574652966&sr=8-3 They are extremely bright and work as described. They are 7440 bulbs but are fully functional being that there is only one function for the front turn signals on the K2XX. (Still not sure why it calls for 7443). Hard to tell in the picture due to the angle, but the left side is the new LED bulb. They are so much brighter than stock and give the turn signals that modern look. Worth the buy so far. 8. Anyone know why the 2018 Silverado front turn signals use a 7443 bulb stock? They are supposed to be dual filament but from what I can tell there is only one function in that socket. On and off. There is no running light in that position so in theory a single filament 7440 build should work. Am I overthinking this? My 7440 LED Sirius bulbs cane in today but I haven’t installed them yet and I’m going down the rabbit hole here. Until I get time to install. Just want to understand why it calls for a 7443 and not a 7440 considering it’s function. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Just ordered a pair. Any hyper flash or errors yet? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Do these emit a yellow light or do they match the white interior lights ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Quick update on the powder coating saga. Got the powder coating shop to admit that they didn’t prep the wheels. They said the just sprayed over the original finish because it looks like bare metal [emoji2359]. Anyways I am now taking one wheel at a time to get re-powder coated. The owner has taken on all expenses including the remounting/mounting of the tires. Which he should. But it really wasn’t a fight so I have that going for me. I have received 2 rims back that were properly sand blasted and prepped and the finish looks completely different. They now look like they came from the factory painted gloss black. 2 down, 2 to go. 12. You may have to chase the issue. I would get another person to operate the switch and see if you get power at the fuse panel. If you do check to see if you get power at the window motor. If you do get power to the motor then it looks like your motor is bad. Is your truck out of warranty? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. I have not done this specifically myself but I have read it on the forum. There are screws under the sunglasses caddy once removed you should be able to carefully pop the panel down. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Did you pull the panel down and check the switch? Maybe the connector came off or a pinched wire? Also did you check continuity in the fuse. Sometimes you can’t see the issue visually Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Agreed. The problem I’m going to run into is I paid $112 to get the tires removed so I could do the powder coating. Not to mention the logistics of finding another vehicle for 3 days. The longer I’m thinking about this the saltier I’m getting. I’m a BIG advocate of doing it right the first time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
