  1. Harder - full lift up front so you end up with 4” of properly designed lift. Easier - put a smaller block in the back to drop it down level with the front.
  2. That’s what I hoped to hear. Thanks guys.
  3. Because the ball joints would be at 4” of droop angle all the time and the CV’s which might be upgraded for 2” of lift probably would be maxed out again at 4”.
  4. Don’t have one myself but am curious about the factory spray in liner. Is it as good as the aftermarket professional spray in liners?
  5. That was my concern. Stacking a 2” level with spacers on a 2” level via shocks is still 4” of sketchy lift. There are higher angle capable CV’s out there so it is possible GM has invested in that technology.
  6. It does actually have new CV axle shafts. Not sure if they are higher angle capable or something?
  7. None of the parts shown will fix the ball joint or steering angles.
  8. Right...but that doesn’t do anything about the increased angles the ball joints and steering are operating at. 2” level is probably okay...4”...highly doubtful.
  9. I noticed in another thread the listed parts for the Trailboss’s lift don’t include arms or any steering parts. Basically it is a leveling lift. Probably means that putting a 2” level on top of it would have your arms WAY out of whack.
  10. On another vehicle years ago I had issues with wheels not clearing calipers because of how wide the calipers were. Basically this vehicles factory aluminum wheels had a 1” spacer built in to the back face so the wheel spokes would clear the wide caliper. Made aftermarket wheel fitment a pain. Could be an issue like that?
  11. I can say I’ve never used it on a boat ramp... ...I’ve never launched a boat though.
  12. I used to offroad a lot. Also grew up in the hills and farm country of Michigan so rutted trails in the woods to get to your hunting land, a back field, or where wood was being cut was normal. Not having 4 low just seems odd to me. I can’t say I need it every day but having the extra 20lbs worth of gears in the transfer case doesn’t bother me. Oh yeah, low works great in sand and mud. You just need to be in a higher gear.
