I have a 2017 Sierra with the 5.3 and 6 speed transmission. It has had a hesitation at low speeds since I took it for a test ride before I bought it. I was told that it has to "learn". It hasn't learned. However on occasion it will run perfectly with no hesitation and it will continue to run perfectly until I stop and turn off the key. Once I restart the hesitation comes back. The dealer has no clue because there is no "code". There is even a name for the condition...The Chuggles...
