  1. You are very wrong. Peak power gains over the stock tune can be close to that with these engines with longtube headers, catless exhaust, intake and tune. Under the curve gains are even better with proper tuning. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. You’d be surprised what gains are possible with simple bolt-ons and tune with the L83 and L86 engines even still on 87 octane. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Anything from jet performance for obd2 vehicles is a joke and does not work or make a difference. Simply placebo effect. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. The reason for the issue you are describing is caused by altering the MAF housing in any way from factory which the k&n cai does. It requires a tune. Even the airaid will benefit from a tune but since the factory MAF housing is still being used, the tune won’t need adjustment. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. I made this one and I’ve made another one for a 6.2 truck getting it powder coated tomorrow and it ships out soon. If you want one, I can pm you the details. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I did the swap and the pedal feels much more responsive and sounds awesome with the 4” intake tube. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. I did the L86 intake manifold and throttle body swap so a 4” tube was a proper fit. And the muffler I will be using to keep it tame with the catless y-pipe and speed engineering longtubes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Made a custom 4” tube to mate up with my l86 throttle body and manifold swap. No pcv ports on it since I have mine vented to atmosphere. Also we do powder coating at my work and had mine done in wrinkle black. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. What restrictor panel? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. As long as you don’t cruise the speed limit in the far left lane, it’s fine with me! Lol. Otherwise everyone hates you. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. That’s damn impressive but I think 55mph pisses everybody else on the highway... lol. 55mph seems to be the sweet spot though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Hopefully the AEM dryflow air filter helps a bit as well. Currently I have a gutted California cat and the custom intake tube. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. So the custom tube and gutting the California cat seems to have helped...... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
