    Call NHTS@ 888.327.4236. The MORE PEOPLE that call and complain about this issue the better chance we have for reimbursement. I just called after my rear glass shattered while I was driving. It was remote started that day. Ask they did was take my vin, and gave me a reference number. It's going to be investigated. Please call.
