Same issue here and I am pissed. Spending almost 100K on a truck to have it not preform the way they advertised makes for a very angry customer. I specifically said time and time again that I was ONLY buying my 2020 DWR GMC to haul a huge truck camper with a horse trailer behind. They assured my the tailgate was no more difficult to remove that the regular kind on my 2008 Silverado and was probably only 5 pounds heavier ..NOT TRUE. I was told a regular tailgate was not an option. Not only is the tailgate a total pain in the ass to remove and heavier than sin, but none of the cameras work and that "invisible trailer" thing...they can't seem to get one of those cords to make it work for me even though I ordered this truck last August WITH that feature. I feel like I paid for a bunch of bells and whistles I can never enjoy. It seems GMC and Chevy really do not understand the customer who buys t his kind of truck.
