  1. There’s a bulletin on the def heater as well. Dealer will fix for free.
  2. Use synthetic oil, less sludge less wear better gas mileage
  3. Anyone know of an aftermarket screen to protect the transmission cooler in the front bumper Of a 2015/19 Silverado 2500 HD diesel from rocks? Tired of straightening the fins on the cooler thanks, Bill
  4. I have the same problem on my 2015. Seems to be related to heat, happens more often on hot days or long drives.
  5. Thanks for the info. Bill
  6. Have a 2017 Silverado LT 2500 HD 6.6 diesel. Have a recurring low coolant level warning and a local shop said it was the low level sensor. I assume it’s either in the reservoir tank or the top of the radiator. Before I take the reservoir apart, wanted to be sure that’s where it’s at. Also if it’s in the reservoir, can I replace just the sensor or do I need to replace the tank as a whole? Any advice appreciated. cheers, Bill
