    I think that is high mount light part number. heres a pic of mine. i want to verify what cam is in the light. I had a bed view cam in my mine 84676845 also same type they use in 360 view cams in 2020 models. i am trying to figure out if rear view mirror cam has a different part number.

    also module number with 360 and trailer cam package is 84743036. I had to tear a friends truck apart to find that out.

    gm upfitter website was a good source. figuring out the color coding on the fakra cable is the main thing you need to figure out with diagrams. I had a hard time buying module new for some reason, a couple dealerships tried to say they couldnt get it. new was like 500-750. i got mine from a junk yard for 200.

    does any one know the part number for the actual camera inside the light? I did this install with a rear view mirror cam/bed view cam lense and did not look before i put it on. i have a high mount light but it is a bed view type cam and i want to put rear view mirror cam in it to sell.

    I just looked at gmpartsdirect and found the parts in the diagrams, i just took everything apart and hoped it would work. I got the harness with rear heat heater. I noticed the harness behind the seat was there. I just tried adding rear heated seats this weekend it did not work. i think some needs turn on in BCM.

    i made this camera/harness prototype. plugs right onto truck port. rear cam works but since my truck is an RST retrofit i dont have options in trailer app to enter my trailer dimensions so it wont calibrate for invisible trailer.

    Yes, not for everyone. I did it because I got some money and I was curious what all can be added. It is for sure alot of money for what it is. I plan on retrofitting wireless carplay/andriod auto. I also added 360 surround view with invisible trailer to my truck. Thanks.

    It takes about 30min-1hr. I removed side panels from console removed front cup holders. then there are 2 7mm that bolt to console to dash. remove big bolts toward front on console on both sides. there is a second mount in rear that holds conslle to floor if you remove 10mm bolts inside console lid beneath mat that comes loose. Remove rear cup holder. There are some t15 in there remove rear panel off console. Unhook wires and console should come out without removing seats. rerun new harness and plug up. thanks

    Thanks. I dont think so. part site has harness with heated and wo wireless charger.

    This was not an option on my RST either. I do have a IOS radio. Could try 84514829. It is cheaper because of no heated rear seat. I bought my with rear seat wires in case i wanted to add later.

    You couldnt add bed view to be like oem without also changing out video processing control module #84743036. This would also require, new high mount light, fakra wire rg316 wire and custom programming, WAMS can do this. The module on a 2019 doesnt have enought channels to add it.

    Hello I added a OEM wireless charging pad to RST Silverado. Here is what I needed... -Harness 84482759 ($56, this harness also gives me option to add heated rear seat later) -Charger Module 13521065 (did not need to program) ($50) -Duct 23391625 ($10) -Trim Panel 84505586 ($45) -Mat 84555398 ($9) -Bracket for module 84075152 ($10) Everything works nice charger icon lights up on radio when I place phone on it.     I added birds eye to my 2020 RST silverado. I had a trailer camera package. I replaced trailer camera package video module with a video module reprogrammed by WAMS. I bought new mirrors, front cam and ran wires. I made a post about how to do it.

    The number you refrenced should work, try from Findlay. Some online gm parts places just cancel orders when parts are on backorder. Findlay will usually continue the order so you get on list may take longer like 3 weeks if they can get it.

    I am making a camera/camera harness for this for around $120.00 that plugs into hitch area. I will keep you posted if it works. You can try to order through findlay auto parts online. I have been able to get some parts from them lately. I bought the same internal camera and I am making a custom harness.

    I was so excited about this upgrade I posted right after it was hooked up and I was typing on my phone. I dont think I gave Chris enough of a shout out. Chris was very fast, responsive and helpful in this process. Could not have done it without his programming expertise. He is one of a kind. I highly recommend WAMS for any programming project.

    During my research I hooked up a 360 module from a 2019 truck to my 2020 truck to test it. I could not get an image. So I dont think a 2020 module will work in a 2019 without reprogramming other things.

    you could also find a used 10ch and do that without side mirrors. you might not need programming for that but no grid lines. I had that setup for a bit(see pic of front view). The truck i got it from was a gmc 2500 you can tell by overhead pic. Reprogramming gave me right truck, right bed length and grid lines.

    There are 5 ports on your video processing module. one to send image to radio, one for rear cam, one for bed view, and 2 for trailer. trailer buttons can only be pressed if a trailer is plugged in. so you could use those ports but you would need to trick truck into thinking a trailer is there. You could use bed view port to put a front cam on if you didnt care about having bedview cam. then you could push bed button to see front view. you need to buy 10 port module to do what i did. thanks!

    if no bed view cam you probably dont have a VPM or harness to do this. on mine, for turn signal camera view to display automatically trailer has to be plugged in.

    do you have bed view camera on your high mount brake light? if yes, it probably will work. my old VPM was part number 84717434. look up video on how to remove rear seat back on youtube and see if its there.

    I have around $1500 in total with reprogram. I can sell old mirrors and swapped rear cam to recoup some costs. I did the work myself so no labor cost besides the reprogram. It is a lot of money but it was fun to learn about and prevented some curb rash dollars.
