    Yes. That is exactly the upgrade I did on my 2020. Wams programed. If your lucky you can find a vpm that matches your trucks specs you may not need to program.

    You know what you could do... you could get a oem video mirror and mount a rear view mirror camera in grille. When you want to see front of truck you can toggle video mirror on.

    If you do not have a bed view camera you don't have a VPM. No one I know has tried it without having a VPM. If you wanted to try to do this you need to study wire diagrams and create the harnesses. You would probably need a programmed radio and vpm.

    For me my door harness had the coax built in. the body harness car side where door harness connects was empty no coax. You could insert a coax but I don't think I could get right length and connector tip to "pin" the body harness. You are right that would be a cleaner easier way if you could find the right coax tip.

    I tested a 10" tahoe screen plugs matched. Parts of it worked. Tahoe is global b tech our trucks are global a. So I tested a CT6 screen, I think I had to modify power plug, parts of it worked. This is CT6 is global a, I sent a Cadillac CT6 screen to WAMS so they could test. I believe WAMS has figured how to rework the resolution the in radio. So a switch to 10" with oem functions would involve a new radio box (right side of dash) or radio box programming.

    You need WAMS White Automotive and Media Services. I added factory heated rear seats and added cool seats to my heated with programming with WAMS+ autosync.

    I think it is the radio, 50% sure. A 2019 vpm would not work in a 2020. A 2021 vpm works in a 2020 too. The wireless carplay that wams has works for 2019-2022 (non- refresh) but WAMS states 360 cam will not work on a 2019. That is why I think it is worth trying a wams wireless carplay radio in a 2019 and try the upgrade. Ask WAMS.

    I bet 2023 has a different camera part number. You probably need to buy a 360 cam from a 2023. Just a guess. I know originally I had some issues when making mine but I turned car off then hooked up trailer then camera then all worked but sounds like you tried that.

    Hello. what did you need? this upgrade wont work on a 2019. Will work on 2020 and 2021 maybe 2022. My truck had a package that was bedview and 2 trailer ports it was a 5 port VPM I was able to swap a 10 port VPM and gain 360.

    I added a oem HUD to a 2020 silverado that didn't have HUD. How do you have HUD cut out with no HUD? Are you sure you aren't talking about proximity warning light cut out. that cut out is much smaller than HUD cut out.

    Your pass door has an auto down AND up regulator. That door harness is for auto down only regulators.

    I am thinking about swapping dash and console out too. I know 13" screen is global b tech so probably won't get that or and new DIC to work but WAMS is working on getting 10" screen upgrade with me (kinda with me...he is brains I am test dummy) so I would mount 10" screen into 13" screen hole. I think it has potential to look good. Then you sell old parts and you got <$500 in getting better interior and it would be a fun project, instead of me trading truck and losing $10k. Main thing is it is kinda my hobby, I like tearing things apart so don't hate.

    I would like to see if the new refresh interior door panels fit on a 2019-2021 or 2022 LTD. I thought about trading my truck but to get same options I would be paying a lot. I cannot find part numbers from online gm parts dealers. I would like the part numbers for the LTZ. If anyone with a LTZ refresh that has black interior has their door panels off can you get me part number? Or does anyone have any good parts department friends who are good at finding parts?

    For anyone thinking about performing the video mirror swap. I have some excellent condition DRZ oem video mirrors and mirror kits for sale if anyone is interested. 380 shipped for mirror and 675 shipped for total kit (video mirror/harness/light/camera. Delete if not allowed. They are also listed on ebay for $400 and $750. Ebay charges tax to customer and me then takes fees so I am trying to make it so we all win.

    you need... -pair of oem cooled/heated seats -hvac switch 84692240 -autosync T1 bcm programming from WAMS i already had heated seats/make sure your harness has the cooled seat circuits

    Make sure the tailgate switch you install in dash is for power up down tailgate not just power down. Were your tailgate lock actuators new? Here you go.

    When I retrofitted memory seats, power fold and mirrors in my 2020 truck I had to use auto up passenger switch but the window regulator has a different connection. I bought a new regulator and it still didn't work. My truck now has two passenger window switches. One is hidden in door trim it controls memory mirrors. The other switch is my normal switch it controls the window. So you need switch, harness, regulator motor and BCM programming. Dont know if custom programming for that has ever been done. White Automotive Media Services would be the only place that could do it.
