and sometimes just the 2 hi light.. I have replaced the encoder motor, the front actuator, and the switch panel. Tahoe seems to be in 2 hi continuously .. I am at loss now any ideas ? This is a 1998 Tahoe LT.

My 98 Tahoe wasn't shifting into anything other than 2 wd.. I changed the transfer case switch and the transfer case motor. The motor mounted right up but I'm not sure where the T.C. was when I installed it as it is the type that only has two flats. Now when I turn it on it has both 2 wd and 4wd low lights lit up and won't move. I'm thinking the alignment of the motor is wrong.. Any suggestions as to how to align it ?
