I have a 2020 Silverado with 28,000 miles and the same tire cupping and horrible "tire" noise between 20 -30 and 50 -60 mph. It's like someone is trying to drill a hole in my skull! Tires have been rotated at every oil change by the dealer. I've been to two dealers and they both tell me there is nothing wrong with the truck and that I must be hauling heavy loads (not the case) or it's the WAY I"M DRIVING!! I've explained that I've hauled very little with the truck and the few hundred pounds from a storage box during hunting season is not ruining my tires. They've also chosen to ignore the fact that I've been hearing a squeaking noise in the front left end suspension when the truck rocks to the side slightly when pulling straight out of my driveay and and transitioning from the gutter portion of the street to the main paving. If anyone has had success getting any resolution from GM please share what you did and what you received. Thanks.
