Having a hard time finding these clips that are attached to the door panel placed into the door. So many different kinds online or maybe tree clips work? Let me know if you have found better ones that actually are snug since they love to rattle when you turn on some tunes. Thank you.

This video helped me out a lot. It is a pain but it is worth it at the end. Took me about 3 hours total for both sides. PS: take your time while splicing.
