Didn't say how or why. $60 bucks out the door and it's been starting fine.

Downside is you need to subscribe to a subscription plan.

Had a similar issue on one of my vehicles. Replaced the battery, nothing. Though it was the starter because it just clicks, wrong. The shop diagnosed it was the battery cable, the terminal itself was good and clean but they found corrosion and deposits in the cable going into the terminal.

To the ones with louder tire noise with some miles on them, could it be not rotating them on a maintenance schedule which would then cause un-even wear and by the time it does get rotated the damage is already there.

I've read a couple threads that Amps power steps aren't working yet.
