    All I can say for sure is my dealer has 3 others all starting with a 1 in the VIN who are "in transit". The trucks starting with 2 seem to be coming in. The dealer contact the GM rep to have shipping expedited. The rep said they would have the distribution team look into it since the truck is marked "Sold". Can you explain validation/repair? Does this mean someone cut a corner and ripped the side out of my truck or some sort of spot quality control testing?

    My truck has been in Flint almost 2 months. I see several 2500's arriving at dealers around here but most are from Oshawa. I don't know if GM is having trouble shipping to this area from Flint or what. Demand still seems high as even trucks not already sold don't stay on the lots long around here. It sure is tough to justify trading a 1 year old vehicle though. I see your issue.

    I'm still waiting on mine. I placed the order in March 2023, it was built March 3rd 2024 and now it is sitting in Flint. I can get Supplier Discount so that will help. I would love it if they would do 2.4% for 72. My luck the deal will expire and my truck will still be in Flint. LOL

    My truck was built on 3/4 or 3/5. It seems it went to the Buick City parking lot and is still there. I was hoping it would be on it's way now. The ETA has been pushed back 3 times now. Is anyone else seeing this? I know this was an issue in the past but I thought the delivery backlog issue was resolved.

    That is something I did not know. I thought they also built long beds in Oshawa.

    I placed an order with my dealer on 3/31/2023 for a Crew Cab Long Bed 2500 L8T. The dealer called me on 2/1/2024 with allocation. Long Beds seem to have been so hard to come by in my area for the last year. I'm not sure I believed it until I saw the Chevy.com chat bot list my order status as accepted by GM.

    I have been wondering the same thing, I am still waiting on my order.

    I had the same conversation. Dealer said they finally had allocation for my order but Crew Cab Long Bed was on constraint. They said they could push my order through now if I switched to Standard Bed. I decided to wait for now.

    Similar situation. I placed my order with the dealer on March 3st.

    I placed my order with the dealer on 03/31/2023. I am waiting on Dealer allocation. 2500 LT rather heavily optioned. Black, Gas Crew cab long bed.
