My truck has tow mirrors already but everything manual top glass bottom glass folding. I want to switch it from manual to power mirrors. I can find a kit with the mirrors and the door harnesses I would need to use them, but I don't know if I can just plug everything in and it work or of the bcm will need flashed to control them, also would I need to had wiring or swap fuse panels where the door harness plugs in, inorder for the pins to be in right places to supply the power where it needs to be. Has anyone done this every post I see trucks already have power mirrors can't seem to find anyone switching from manual to power.

I just got a 2015 Silverado and the wipers stopped coming on all together, when turn the switch on it turns on the head lights wipers do nothing. would anyone know could this be a relay issue, or the motor just stopped? fuse has power, did not get to investigate farther. any tips or advice would be appreciated.
