KUUG-- look at the pro-lights http://pro-lights.com/ made by the exact same company....China....
prices are good till April 1st...... there is a post with pricing on one if the pages back on this subject...
did you think about maybe putting it behind grille? out of sight? got a big enough gap back there ti put 2 and the light block from the grille isn't noticeable. We did one last week. made brackets from aluminum channel from home depot to mount to the crossbars that slant up towards the middle of the hook.
spoke to 2 people about wind noice over the window.. one had the straight and the other a curved...... both pro-lights
the one with the straight said there is some wind noise but not to terrible unless its real windy.. Mike had the curved and said he really cant tell that much of a difference... personal experience i can only go off what they said. i would think that there would be some but the curved would help deflect the wind.
i just posted in the "pics of your ride" forum.... check it out... it hits pretty hard even with the 11s If Chris from MHT says no, i take that as the gospel because he is usually evasive on wheels an lifts. it will hit pretty hard. i had to cut my front bumper just a little with the 11s also.
can not get a good pic... its 1200 lumens and to dang bright, my phone just shows a large spot of light.
We are putting the double row 30 inch in my buddies 2014 Chevy this weekend. He is anal about me taking pics and posting on here but i will see if i can sneak a few.
gunna try a 50 inch but im thinking thats gunna be to big.
i have 22x11 with -24 6 inch pro comp and it rubs.... -44 with 6 inch lift will not work without a lot of mods.. i spoke with Chris at MHT and got all the input and they will not work... sorry
one in there now is a single row series 2 35 inch
took a few mods to make it fit
ill get one tomorrow night. trucks in garage and getting time to crash for the night..
I also love it, pita to remove bumper cap and grille but worth it in the long run. Going to remove my straight and put curved in a few weeks. Couple of other hidden options for around the truck we are looking at.
honestly...i ran a 6 inch lift with 22x11 and 35 inch tires on my 2008 GMC and now the same set up on my 2014 GMC. some car washes it wont fit but i have 3 locally it will. its trial and error.
