    rdbaja, That's pathetic, truly a $H!T job. Send a copy to GM just to let them know what a wonderful job of keeping loyal customers happy this dealer is doing. Give a Tundra a test drive, I love there power rear window.

    I have 13k on the clock and I let the DIC tell me when it's time to change, I usually change it at 20% which is 6k.

    My 08 Sierra did pop only when driving forward while making a left hand turn. Took her to the stealer they grease everything and it went away for a bit.

    Mine does it too. I took it to the sealer and of course the tech was unable to duplicate. I'm thinking it's the ball joint or tie rods. I'm almost out of warranty so I'll make sure to take the service manager for a ride before I leave it.
