  1. Yeah I know that but I get a lot of notifications lately with the same comment listed over and over. It will be like this It does it for each reply to the subscribed thread. I need to turn off email notices and just use Tapatalk It does it for each reply to the subscribed thread. 2. Does anybody else notice getting the same email notification multiple times???
  3. I got basically the same thing with the exception that my dealer has had my truck for 17 days checking the vibration and fixing the door chip, steering wheel scratch, airbag scratch, and now steering wheel damage that THEY have created all on their own. I have never had this type problem with any dealer/brand before. I have owned GMC Sierra 1/2 ton pick ups since 2000 and BY FAR this is the worse one yet. The 200 was great, the 2004 was pretty good the 2012 was CRAP and I put up with it but the 2015 is REAL CRAP and I am not going to just live with it.
  4. Hel I have gotten at least 4 of those already, wanting to know how my service experience was and how I liked my truck. I informed them that the truck was unacceptable and the fact that the dealer has damaged my truck twice now that I was not a very happy camper, as if the REALLY CARE.
  5. That would be my guess as well about the stopping the 4 visits for the same issue. The only thing that really amazes me is the service mgr has a 15 truck and he understands my issue seemingly but GM just don't seem to have a fix and are now saying that is normal operation for the truck. I will see where this leads me but it is really going to be difficult to deal with this on a daily basis driving 30-40000 per year
  6. I got a call from the service Mgr at the GMC dealership today after complaining to the Sales Mgr. I have been told that my truck falls into the acceptable range for GM and that there is nothing else they can do for me. I was also told by the service mgr that he understood because he had a 2015 Sierra done the same thing but GM was refusing to do anything further as long as the Pico gauge showed a certain range. I find it very WRONG that we now have to rely upon a measuring device to judge what is acceptable when I our Butt says something different. I have asked for GM contact info so that I can carry this to the next level as I find this answer completely unacceptable.
  7. Ok so the dealer has had my truck for 1 week now. I went to pickup the truck the first time last Wednesday and was told vibration was fixed road forced the tires and replaced 1, before I even got off the lot I noticed a scratch on the steering wheel bezel and a door chip on the driver's side. I left the truck for them to fix these issues, I just left the dealership where they did what looks to be a really good touch up on the door and replaced the steering wheel, I drove the truck and it still has a vibration it's better but still there at 70-80 they also managed to put the steering wheel on misaligned and scratched the chrome on the airbag this time. The other issue I am fighting is the truck seems to pull to the left when in the left lane and to the right when in the right lane, they say it's the nature of the truck even though the loaner does not do it. I am sort of at a loss at this point as so far I have 12 plus hours just in drive time away from my business and still don't have my truck. I was told that it would be 3-5 days before they could get the airbag. I was also told in order to replace the airbag that they would have to punch holes in both sides of the steering wheel to which I said NO it's a new truck so make it right. I really don't have a very good feeling about this
  8. I have a 2015 GMC Sierra SLT Crew Cab with the Max towing package with 6.2 and 8 speed. The truck had a vibration upon test drive but I was assured that the issue would be taken care of but that I had to drive the truck for at least 800 miles before they could do anything. I took the truck back to the dealership (2 hours away) and was told that they road forced the tires and found 1 that would not balance to spec so they replaced the one tire. The truck has the 20" Goodyear SRA's. I went to pick up the truck yesterday only to find a scratch on the steering wheel bezel and a chip in the paint on the drivers door edge. They informed me that they would take care of these issues and let me know when it would be ready. The things that I have noticed since buying the truck are a vibration in the steering wheel at around 45-50 at a steady speed then more of a shake at 68-75. The other thing that I have noticed is that the truck wants to pull to the left while I am in the left lane and to the right when I am in the right lane. I understand about the crown in the road but the loaner I am driving does not do this. I have been driving a 2015 GMC Denali with the 5.3 and the same 20" Goodyears and this truck does not have the vibration.
  9. I have a 15 Sierra cc shorted with the 6.2 Max Trailer package. The truck had a vibration when I test drove it and I brought it to the dealers attention. I was told that I had to put at least 500 miles on before they would look at it. I am about to call the dealer to start this process. I have read through a lot of info but any guidance would be appreciated. My truck has what I can only describe as an oscillating vibration in the steering wheel at about 45-50 and a pretty bad shake at about 65-75. It is on Goodyears which I am not a fan but I don't think that is the core of the issues, mine feels more like driveline than tires.
  10. I have a 2004 with the 5.3 and it is using at least 1qt between changes at 5K and in some cases 2. I have always used Valvoline and have now switched to the high mileage blend which has NOT seemed to help. Les Chaney
