I grew up in Clayton/Henry county area of GA. I know how they drive lol. It is actually better down there bc everyone drives the same. Here, we get drivers from all over and they all drive different.

Haha, I didn't try, it kind of blanketed real quick at my work then left. Had to get home so it was slow driving.

Yup, was like that here for me too. Pushed a button and never had a problem getting home.

  4. I live in Charlottesville VA and I am looking to move to Waynesboro. I64 and I81 are alwayz stupid fast speeds. Hell, even the semis are doing 75+ on that side of the mountain. The way my truck is geared, 315 with stock 373 gears, she is doing about 2k at 75mph. I too get a shake now at speed, between 62-66, goes away around 72-74 then starts back on the high side of 75. I think it because of the tires, I did not have the shake with my more aggressive Kelly tsr. My parents live in Alexandria area, I am up there at least twice a month, I know N VA traffic. It is horrible, horrible, horrible! Thank you, I am hoping to hear back this Friday on either job. Crossing fingers man, I need a real job lol.
  5. Drove 150 miles between interviews and apartment hunting today. Truck loves doing 70+
  6. Had to replace the rear pads on my truck 2 nights ago. I put new pads and rotors just about a year ago and the rear pads were shot. The inside pads were almost to the metal backing. Also. the bearing in my alternator is seizing up, so I will be replacing it Saturday.
  7. I dropped and filled the trans today. Took a lot longer than I remember it did on my old truck. I did a complete drain and fill over the summer, also switched to dexron 4, just never got around to changing the filter. Not a whole lot of clutch material on the mag or in the filter. Not bad for almost 200k on the trans
  8. Trans filter change. Took longer than I thought

That is a jk with a 3.5" lift on 35" tires next to my truck. We have the same ground clearance under the body and in the rear. Aside from the front valance, we have the same front ground clearance. The owner was kind of surprised that I have such little lift sitting as high as him. He also liked that I have the power to move the 35", even with stock gears

Very nice looking truck. That is how GM trucks should look from the factory.

315/70r17 on Rough Country 1.5"-2" leveling kit. The keys are not cranked and they fit perfectly. Only rub when completely flexed out with the wheels at full locked backing up.

Here is a shot of the pallet of pavers in New Red. Fork lift guy had doubts about it fitting with the camper-shell.
