  1. Ishhh, sorry to hear about your problems. Any luck yet? I had a parasitic draw, due to a faulty BCM. Dealer changed it out, and called me that they monitored it for 4 hrs, as few of the replacement were faulty from the factory. Sure enough the replacement had issues also. Got a second replacement the next day and it has worked fine since. Maybe ask 'em to look at changing out the BCM again, and or ECM?
  2. '14 1500 Changed at 100k with OEM. Now at 175k and still good. '19 2500 Just changed with 124k. Extremely happy with the service life; won't buy anything buy OEM.
  3. Wow, crazy. Glad you all ok, and the house. Looking at your video, its weird how all the lights on the truck turned on including the headlights at the start of the fire.
  4. Has anyone tackled a USB-A to USB-C port conversion? Obviously I'm talking about a data transfer conversion for working Apple CarPlay and Android and not just power. I can't seem to find anything in regards to an upgrade kit, or possibly a rewire kit. The guts are not what I expected to find.
  5. Yup, anyone who has a tranny cooler; I highly recommend getting a cover of any type. It's only a matter of time before you take a rock into the cooler and your gonna be replacing it. Or worse, replacing your transmission.
  6. Went to clean my MAP tonight, as I've only cleaned it when it was like 6 months old. I pulled it out and there was no cage around the sensor. I can't tell if the dealer might have clipped it off at one point in servicing, or it broke while installed, or it came like this. I has me worried. Anyone see something like this before?
  7. When you spend $60K, you think everyone is gonna stomp on the pedal all day long, day in and day out? Nor does anyone put their truck on blocks and runs it for 400 miles. Believe what you want, it's not like anyone is getting a f'n ribbon in the mail for their MPG. Only Ford sends out second place ribbons from what I heard.
  8. 10,000 more miles, and quite please with L5P. I live in the Midwest, so no, I didn’t glide down any mountains. 25 - 31.8mpg 50 - 28.9mpg 400 - 22.8mpg
  9. Bought a replacement harness, and had it in the garage for months. Finally, after hearing the old lady whine over and over again about no power windows and constant door open reminder, warm weather gave me some motivation to change out the harness. It was quite easy. Sure enough, broken wire was the problem. GM really boned this design, such a awkward curve that is constantly opened and closed over and over that has such thin wires. Complete joke. $94 for the piece was the cheapest I could find. Having it open, gave me the oppertunity to spray some rust preventer in there also. ?
  10. L5P 28.7 - 25 miles 26.0 - 50 miles 22.8 - 400 miles
  11. Guess I know where I'm looking for my issue in the morning. Thanks.
