  1. Todd (TJay74) is the only one on this forum (and silveradosierra.com) that I have seen get any real progress. He is working with the engineers after writing emails to the GM Execs about the issues and the engineers observed the issue. For a lot of reasons, this will take time so try not to let it get you down. I have real good dealer service and they said they just don't know what to do. Their tech support center was not much help either, so I just decided to wait to see what Todd can find out. I agree that I wish GM would just own up to the issue and perhaps they will when they know how to fix it. Remember, not everyone is having issues or even the same issue.

  5. http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/05/15/amenyte3.jpg The day I brought it home a week ago tomorrow , it's at the dealer getting the backup camera and hitch and light harness installed. Then I Need to get the bumper looked at because the Crome is crap on both sides where the fog lights would be if it had that bumper.

  6. New to the forum here. I Just got my 2014 Chevy Silverado CC LT All Star Edition about a week ago, completely happy with my truck, minus the "seat movement" which the dealer is replacing a whole new 2015 seat. Anyway here are some pics or my truck. Work at a winery.

  7. As suggested in another thread, I figured I'd try to get this going. It'd be really cool if all the 2014+ forum members would post your wheel/tire set-up in a central location. Post some pics, and include details on sizes, offset, backspace, lifts, levels etc. Also tell us about any rubbing and/or trimming required to run your set-up. Thanks

  8. Rotate the valve counter clockwise and clamp. This gets rid of turbo whistle sound some are having as well as squeak from v4-v8. I clamped mine Monday and haven't heard a squeak since.

  9. ^^^"I've always followed the rotating scheme in the manual which is rear tires move to the front but stay on the same side of the vehicle, and the front tires switch sides AND move to the back." That's what Michelin says on their web site...

  15. I had a deal worked out with a friend of mine to buy it this weekend or next, but now he's trying to sell his truck with it on... Project might get delayed slightly What do you mean by "above the bowtie and below the bowtie in the grille"? 2 40" LED bars? I'd like to see pictures before the grille is put back on if this is what your going to do The upper part of the grille was going to be my first attempt, if I couldn't come up with any solid mounting locations I was going to go to the lower half

  18. Well I got some news today, GM is testing a fix that is showing promise to fix the mono/stereo/HD switching issues. Said they are going through the validation phase right now and once they are sure it works they will release the software update. They said I may even get to be the first guinea pig to test it out once they release the update.

  19. My exhaust has no "Crapper" and it still uses DOD/AFM and you can hear the exhaust note change however it is not a drone by any stretch of the imagination nor is it a flutter sound. You can just hear it get a little bit deeper like its hungry. aFefor the win!
