  1. Since the fourth wave is gaining momentum here in BC, I decided to get myself a new project 1965 Kaiser Jeep. It's a solid base to work on. It's not a J10, but who gives lol So long j-ten-ner
  2. The sad thing is that most of them are trying to be funny. They don't even mean to offend me. It's their way to get my attention and approval. Yes, being raised in a certain way can have a long term effect on our perspective. so long j-ten-ner
  3. When I get those comments about my origins (like "Nazi" or "Heil Hitler" etc)., all what pops into my mind is "at which grade did you drop out of school? 3, 5...?" so long j-ten-ner
  4. I'm kinda in between. I had a '77 J10 Honcho with a 401 cui engine, I sold it before I moved to Canada. Still regret it, but at the time I didn't have much of a choice. Life got in the way of pursuing my desire to purchase a "new" one, but I'm getting itchy again. It's hard to find a matching # truck with a 401. And, I'm not the only one looking for a truck in decent shape and all original. ... so long j-ten-ner
  5. Meanwhile, I'm surfing this website. http://www.jeeptruck.com/sale/sale.html It's getting more interesting... so long j-ten-ner
  6. I should buy more ammo for my 12 gauge. Doomsday is coming... I still don't know anyone who is infected. Two of my guys at work went in for a test but came back negative. Mmhh.... so long j-ten-ner
  7. For me it's like 'cut twice and it's still too short'. so long j-ten-ner
  8. I don't like that term. "Our new normal". I see it as a "thing" we have to deal with until it's over. Dealing with it in a sense of doing everything to tackle the threat and then move on with our "normal life" as we know it. Ignorant people, unaware of what is going on, will be the ones suffering from the aftermath. The US is the best example. And the younger population in BC, Canada. Anyway, I still try to be positive about the outcome of the pandemic and just keep hiking, boating, swimming, drinking and barbecuing ? Btw, I don't know anyone who's infected, no co-workers, their families or friends or anyone I come in contact with. It seems strange..... so long j-ten-ner
  9. Find the local dealer of your trust, buy an sufficient amount of meth and drop it accidentally near their hide out. Problem solved within 24 hrs. No, don't do that. Just saying that sometimes you have to fight the enemy with his own weapons. Since you already have the PD involved, you may want to stick to it. Like mentioned before, the PD may start knocking on your door if something "strange" happens to the guys. so long j-ten-ner
  10. Would you do me the favour and put this in writing for everyone to read? ? so long j-ten-ner
  11. What really scares me about the whole situation is, that the BC government is now thinking about tracking people down via debit and credit card trail. It's not the fact itself. I understand the reason. But I don't know who is collecting the data and what happens to the data. https://bc.ctvnews.ca/credit-cards-loyalty-programs-quietly-used-in-b-c-contact-tracing-1.4951402 so long j-ten-ner
  12. "muzzle full, I'm leaving..." "...sh*t, forgot the mask" so long j-ten-ner
  13. Just my 2 cents...? so long j-ten-ner
  14. lol no punch line. Just threw it out there. I punched myself out though. Doesn't take much ? so long j-ten-ner
