    Here's what I did to my Vette today... FLOGGED IT a few times on the way to the Hendrick Chevrolet Annual Corvette Show.... Couple pics of this beauty.....

    Let the Cruise Nights begin! Every Saturday May thru October we take our Vette to "Jim T's Summer Cruise" in Independence MO. DJ from 4 to 9pm. Great music, great food... tonight was "Boozin' Cruzin' BarBQ night. It's all free and it's every week. Kind of a small crowd tonight. With the threat of sprinkles, there were only about 400 cars there. On a perfect night, there will be 900! Just a few pics of the hundreds of cars there tonight....

    Agreed... the 22" is just a stock replacement that is maybe 5% louder than stock (guessing). The 14" gives you a hint of the muscle-car sound. If moderately louder, but still pretty tame, is what you want, the 18" Magnaflow is the way to go.

    A great day to go the Maxx Motors Annual Car Show in Butler, Missouri! Some of you may remember the TV show from 2013... "God, Guns and Automobiles", with Mark Muller (owner of Maxx Motors)... Everything was free, registration, burgers, dogs, chips, drinks. A great time today. About 70 cars there and a nice road trip about an hour south of KC. http://www.history.com/shows/god-guns-and-automobiles The Vettes... A few of the other cars... My pick of the show... The Group...     He was begging me to go! Haha, no way... Just me and the wife celebrated our 31st Anniversary by cruising around a hundred miles or so all afternoon here in KC. Perfect day, in the 70's, no wind, really nice!

    Spurshot... that is hilarious! Oh yeah, I always get corrected by my 4 boys (and their wives) for using "old-school" terminology. I've gotten so used to using terms like "awesome", "sweet", "badass", "dude"... They call me the 60-year-old-Teenager!

    Thanks Brandon! I searched a long time to find the exact one I wanted. Found it at a dealership about 300 miles north... Hendrick did a dealer trade, worked out great!

    Thanks! I really don't use it like most guys use a truck. It's never had anything in the bed that could be considered a load. Maybe 20 bags of mulch or a couple sofas, but it's mostly a "grand-kid hauler"...

    Swapped the winter wheels for the chromies... Rollin' on 22's again!

    Installed the AMP Power Step Pass-Through Harness.... It about wore me out doing this mod..... Not really... 5 minutes!

    70+ degrees here in KC today... mostly sunny, no wind.... PERFECT day to get the Vette out and do some cruizin'! (And, yes... the top came down)

    Oh yeah, we always get hit by a light snow in April, but it will be nice for a while to enjoy some spring weather before winter has her last hurrah!

    Got all the road salt cleaned off!!! Undercarriage blasted it at the carwash, then gave it a quick wipedown with Z8.... the Best. Looks like spring is finally arriving in KC...... FINALLY! It's been a long cold winter..... (At least we have a super-cute weather girl to get us through 'til spring)

    I'm one of the rare breed that love the drone.... I've made a video, but it's not a very good one, non-conclusive. I'm planning to make another one. I did the 14" Magnaflow with flapper and resonator delete, not a cat-back. I'll post a new video/audio clip in a day or two.

    My wife drove my truck yesterday, and I was standing at the front door watching her drive up the street (she has learned to use the throttle well!). I gotta tell ya: That 14" Magnaflow sounds BadAss! You get used to the sound inside the truck, but from outside, sounds MUCH better, more aggressive. Just confirmed my choice of the Magnaflow. Glad I did it.
