I installed the AFE momentum stage 2 with dry filter last night....OMG. It's like it woke the 6.2L up and unleashed more ponys. Great sound too.

A local company has a flash 20% off deal today for the AFE intake. Any feedback for afe would be great. I am leaning to go this way versus waiting for s&b. thanks

I would like a protected filter, so I think that I will wait to see what S&B comes up with. Too easy for snow to get into the open filter styles.

Has anyone went with the AEM intake for the 6.2L ? I have decided to go with a COI for my 6.2L but not sure which way to go. Any idea how long of a wait for the S&B system ?

Gave the truck a bath and picked up the new fifth wheel yesterday. Pulled the trailer like nothing was there. 8900lbs dry.

I am planning to plastidip emblems and maybe the tow mirrors this weekend. Has anyone used the gunmetal grey color? Wondering what that might look like compared to the Anthrecite Grey?

Update...I ended up going with the 275/60/20 tires. I am fortunate that i buy alot of big truck tires and so my tires shop originally put on the 275/65/20's and they rubbed with the readylift 2.25" kit. I did not want to modify wheel wells or fenders and if it rubs now, any kind of off road situation will rub worse. So we took off the 65's and went with the 60's. No rub. I am very happy with the looks and the outcome. I choose not to do any different blocks in the back until i hook up my new trailer and see how much it sags this max tow pacakge. If it lowers the rear too much i think that i will go the firestone air bag route.

Im going with the 2.25" readylift up front and nothing in the back. I have 275/65/r20 toyo at ii tires to go on. I am really hoping they will fit with no rubbing. I dont want to trim anything. It hard to get comparisons from here because lots of guys are using the rough country lift. Anyone else go the readylift route? I think they are a better made product.

Truck is finally here and ready to pick up. Can't get to the dealer until Thursday morning, the wait is driving me nuts. Then it's straight to the tire shop for some new boots, then off for a new fifth wheel hitch to pull the new trailer. Can't wait to see what this 6.2 beast can do.

Just be happy that your not paying Canadian prices. We are just so used to the higher prices that we don't even worry about it any more. Plus we are paying $4.50 / gallon for gas.

I'm not a fan of them, because you loose valuable box area up front. That 8 inches or so is pretty important when hauling some things, and wanting the tailgate closed. I will be going with the truxedo for that reason.

The toyo AT2's are awesome. They are going onto my truck as soon as it gets here. What type of level did you do?
