I agree, i want to raise the front end just not real familiar with doing that (first truck to install leveling kit/shocks) i guess i was just wondering if using leveling kit vs. shocks, if one causes less issues with the overall suspension than the other
Went with XD Series Crank wheels, 18x9 0-offset........BFG KO2 275-70
Debating on 2" leveling kit or bilstein shocks to get closer to level......what does everyone prefer?
I hate to make this post because I'm sure it's been made before but I really don't want to read through the last 74 pages haha....I'm about to buy some XD Series Crank 20x9 chrome wheels and was just wondering where you guys think is the cheapest place to buy them is. Going to be getting new tires as well so didn't know if a certain place was better than the next on a package deal. Any advice would be appreciated.
chuck if you dont mind me asking.....which dealership did you get your truck from....i got mine from Autonation off of 183. I havent asked them about the knobs yet but if they arent willing to correct the problem i am just going to do it myself
thanks for posting those other places muttman, didnt even know those were in the area. Chuck, you may also try Infinity Conversions in Pflugerville. I'm not sure if they do that or not but that is where i had my bedliner put in and bumper pieces put on. They also said they would vinyl wrap the chevy emblems for like $25 ? i think. need to go back and do that.
badges look good.......these pictures confirm it though......mine is the same but it is just disappointing how much orange peal is in these new paint jobs........that is the best GM could do really ?
I didn't want to start a new thread just to ask this and it might be a dumb question. Does anyone know, on the chevys, if the horizontal style grille is only available with the Z71 emblem on it? I do not have a Z71 but would like to replace the honeycomb style one...also don't really want a billet haha
