I have a 2014 and retrofitted a usb charging coil which I ran to the usb connection in my console. It charges my Galaxy S8 fine but once you use it for Pandora or Waze, the phone gets an error message for slow charge. I wanted to try using a Samsung Fast Charge coil setup but was wondering if it would actually fast charge. I think I may need to hardwire it using a fast charge usb port. Has anyone tried this?

Zone 4.5 lift with Bilstein 5100's set at 1st setting (.75" lift) and airbags out back. OEM 22's from GM that I had powder coated with 33" Nitto Dura Grapplers. I can definitely fit 35's with no issues.

I am interested too but I have a 2014 with 6.2L and for the longest time no one made anything for the larger rears in the 6.2L trucks. I have the 5100's front and rear on my truck and I love the ride. Doing a zone 4.5 lift keeping the 5100's up front but bilstein does not offer a lifted shock for 2014-on 1500. 2013 1500 shows a part number and 2015-on 2500 also shows a lifted rear shock. What should I do??

My plans are to do a 4.5 Zone Lift keeping my Bilstein 5100's in front and back. I currently have rear air bags which I plan on keeping as well I just have to fab up a rear spacer. For wheels I plan on keeping my factory 22's and running 285/55R22 Nitto Terra Grapplers. I spoke with Zone about how much wider the front wheels will stick out and they said 1.85" so I will run rear spacers to keep front and back tracking even. Has anyone done a lift and kept air bags out back? I would be interested in hear how you did it. Thanks. Cliff

I wonder if you need to change hood or fenders to get this to work. It looks like you just replace 1500 bumper and filler for 2500 bumper. Longer grill will fill in up to 2500 bumper. Looks easy......I wish someone would elaborate.

OK, so since I got my truck back a few days ago I have been hearing noises coming from the front drivetrain. I told the dealer that I had to drive the truck back from vacation in Vermont which they said it should be ok.....OnStar said it was OK to drive as well. I have been getting a weird clunk/thud coming from the front end at random times. It doesn't make noise going over bumps so I am ruling out a suspension related issue. It "sometimes" makes noise accelerating and decelerating. Making turns it "sometimes" makes noise......similar to being in 4wd like it was stuck. I dropped off my truck at the dealer today and they gave me loaner car until it was fixed. I knew something like this was going to happen but I never thought it would be in a few days. Be careful if your truck has the "Service 4wd" and make sure you have it towed to a dealer ASAP.....on GM's dime of course.

Got mine back from the dealer today and all they said was codes C0398 and C0326. R&R gear position sensor, R&R transfer case control module. Tighten all connectors at X115. Cleared codes road tested OK. Service manager said that they are still working on a permanent fix but as of now only park the truck in 2wd. No word on update fix.

Mine locked up in Auto 4wd 300 miles away from home up in Vermont while on vacation. Called onstar to have them document it and basically drove home in 4wd. Just dropped off my truck at the dealer with all of the information from this site with the possible fixes. Service manager said he did a few already and he is a small dealer. Wake up GM!! Fix this problem ASAP!

Seat warmers are blowing hot air and the steering wheel is a heated element most likely metal which gets warmer faster. The heated seats i had in my Trailblazer SS were awesome because they were a metal heated element. Personally i like my heated steering wheel. When i ordered my truck i got every option which would help resale in the future.

I had the same issue and when I brought it to the dealer they said it was because of my LED license plate bulbs. I laughed at them and brought it to another dealer who did some kind of update and it never happened again.

I hear what everyone is saying but you are all missing my point....it can be done and who can get the part numbers. I wouldn't trade my truck in just for magnetic ride control. My truck is exactly what I want and the way I wanted it.....just looking to up the ride a little, that's all.

Guys spend more than that on lifts, rims and tires.....I'm not afraid to spend money although I would like to drive a 2015 with magnetic ride control 1st.

So it can be done......If someone can put together a parts list of what is needed that would be awesome. $2600 is not that bad when you consider the better ride quality.

I would love to have the ride of the magnetic ride control but was wondering if there would be anyway to retrofit this to our trucks. Guys with the new 2015's with the magnetic ride control......any way you can get the part numbers off of your shocks??? I am sure you need to reprogram the BCM or buy a new 2015 BCM for a truck with magnetic ride control. This is something that I am very interested in......maybe someone who works in a dealer would be able to get part numbers for us who are interested.

Part numbers for plastic inserts in rear step bumper corner......look like they are replaceable.

I did it with no issues....if you have stock cat back or just replaced the muffler only, you won't even notice much of a difference.

Does anyone have the part number for the black cover? I did a google search and saw pics of the silver and black covers.

Is that bar hanging below the spare tire or even with it?

Is there anway to measure the width of the sway bar to the bolt across? I did a custom tailpipe and mine is a little closer looking than yours. Thank you! Cliff

That bracket looks really close to the exhaust and spare tire. I wonder if this would work with aftermarket larger diameter exhaust? I know the 4" pipe I have on my tailpipe is kinda close to my spare tire.
