Just installed the 5100 all around on a 14 denali 2wd, boy what a difference! I had the 2.5 RC kit and replaced with a 2.5 strut spacer and 5100 at stock setting. Now the truck is leveled, i do have 1" more in the back that came with the rc 2.5 kit. Firmer ride not by much but trucks feels more planted and big bumps are felt less. hope this helps.
2014 sierra with same issue, dealer replaced booster under warranty and good for a wile no its back all the time and no warranty.. the booster is cheap labor will be more but to get the noise again will suck.
I think any lift would do the same, $2400 is a tuff. You can by the rack for $1,050 at gm dealer online, install is not bad but i think it needs to be reprogramed to cars computer. Part # did change for 2016 and up so maybe its a better one?
Im on the same boat, 2.5 lift 275/60/20 and the clunk noise... thinking maybe installing Moog iner tie rod and see if it help at all. Did notice the rack moving a lot when turning Left, it does not move at all when turning right?
I just want to be at 2.5 like now just without bottom 2" rc spacer.. thinking 1.85 from the 6100 plus the .25 Rc top strut spacer and see how it looks.
Question, I have a 2015 2wd with the RC2.5. If i install the 5100 at highest setting and leave the top strut spacer provided with the RC kit will it stay the same hight? right now with 33" tires fender is at 39"
Thanks.
