Oh I have my moments believe me LOL The thing I don't understand is I guess he's refusing a sale to begin with basically but he literally has to do less work (doesn't have to program it etc) just box it up and ship it? Dunno but thats too bad since he could potentially be selling a LOT more of them.

Yeah this is the same company that was selling 2014 clusters and stating they fit 2014-2016.... All he has to reply with is ONE part number for the correct model year and we can handle the rest. My suspicion is they are 2014's.. These are factory plant overruns so literally all he has to do is walk out and look at the P/N on the crate or the build dates or simply the back of one of the units in a crate; I guess he just doesn't want to sell you one? I'd hazard a guess its because he cant do it. He apparently tells our customers all the time that what we do is impossible won't work etc from what I've been told (I have no problem with the guy at all, it's just hearsay IE fighting customers on purchases). Yet we still get quite a few from him so I don't know? It could also be because his fiancé/GF/whatever was posting here posing as a customer and I called her out on it and she left LOL

He's probably fine the people selling these don't have a clue they can be retrofit program since we are the only company that does it lol

Considering the backlighting would still be red and the center screen would still be red... again please email us for any questions this thread is getting considerably cluttered and hard to make your way through (other people's words not mine lol)

We can reprogram everything back to the other scheme IE the IPC and radio etc.

Please email us to discuss compatibility and the changes between a gas in a diesel to make sure you're OK with them (IE the tach goes to 6K etc.)

Please email us so we can discuss all of the different setup options regarding that, there are differences.

Guys, contact gen5diy tell them I sent you, Ofer will hate me but there is no one I would trust more to make these harnesses and they definitely will be less than $300 LOL

One more thing before I forget. Those of you doing Denali Cluster conversions with us, this IS something we can set it up for if you choose to do it later. It WILL have DTC's in the cluster however they wont set any visible indicators. There is more programming involved but its totally doable and have used this scenario for a few people over the years; just another thing to think about

Just to add some tidbits so they don't get lost: 1. Requires custom programming for factory sierra Denali 2. If not a factory Denali (i.e. Every other c/k truck and SUV) will require Denali cluster swap With custom programming. We are of course the provider for the programming portion lol

Like I said sadly I've got no knowledge of this outside of programming probably at least 20 truck clusters for it over the years. I have not had anyone contact us saying it didn't work etc.
