  1. Took it for breakfast and to the park for a hike.
  2. Parked next to his older brother.
  3. Washed and I'm back in hiding. Too hot for me today, it's 114 out right now and it was 90-95 at 8am when I cut the grass. 114 is too much for this gingery Canadian.
  4. Mine, also a pic just so I can find this thread later on the computer lol.
  5. Hardly, the Chevy is miles ahead of the GMC in the looks department for this generation of truck. The GMC is like that fat ugly girl at the end of the bar, that's so ugly, you'd get alcohol poisoning before drinking her pretty.
  6. The GMC looks like it drove through an ugly tree that had fallen over, and then reversed over it for good measure. I haven't seen something that ugly since the Aztec.
  7. That's the point. Why build yet another crossover. One more added to an already saturated market. Do something out of the modern day box as it were, break the mould and give us something different. Instead they give us a smaller Traverse/ bigger Equinox, woopty ****in doo. Is it a nice looking car, sure. Is it needed, likely not. If you Chevy feels the need to add another vehicle to its lineup, why not add to a market they aren't apart of. Instead, they just pump out more of the same under a different name.
  8. Chevy didn't need a middle ground between the Equinox and the Traverse, they needed something different from left field (left field for GM anyway). With the Blazer nameplate they had a chance to do something worth while and built a JL Wrangler competitor. If this had been a 2 door, front engine, rear drive based SUV, on a Colorado chassis and had an optional removable roof, they would have hit this out of the park. But in typical GM fashion, as of late, they've taken something that could have been awesome and made it dull. They made another Crossover, Sport Utility wannabe, in a market already saturated with other look-a-like wannabe Sport utilities.
  9. This Red pops in the sun. Washed and waxed the truck this morning before the heat showed up. Debadged the tailgate, but it's too hot now to do the doors. Will get them next time.
  10. This was supposed to be posted in this thread not the Levelling kit thread, but that's what day drinking in 90 degree weather gets you... Anyway, got the tint done. Next is a levelling kit...
  11. Tint is done. Now looking into levelling the truck.
  12. JsDirt Is this your camera?
  13. Anyone have a BAK G2 from their refurbished program? Looking at one and the TrailFxLow profile hard cover.
  14. It's more than enough for me, it's what I've always done. Don't really care to be harassed by the cops, everywhere I go, over tint.
  15. What ever is legal lol...
  16. Brought it home. Making an appointment for tint tomorrow.
  17. He put a 4.3 from a 2000 S -series Jimmy in a first gen S-series Blazer. I put a 245hp TPI 350 out of an Iroc, in an Sonoma years ago, and it was a little rocket ship. A squirrelly rocket ship, but a blast. I want to stick an LS in one with a turbo now.
  18. Has anyone added a 1-1.5" levelling kit and removed the rear block, specifically on a regular cab (but any input is welcome)
  19. Mine hides on the floor anyway, she hates car rides. And at 45lbs she takes up no space.
  20. Love the colour and the stance, great looking truck.
  21. It is. I pick it up Tuesday. They are swapping the Hankooks I have on the High Country for the Continentals on the Sierra. I also still have the drop shackles I was going to put on the High Country, so they'll go on the Sierra. With the rear block removed as well. Unless I end up deciding to level this one.
  22. Paid cash for the High Country a year ago, got $4k less then I paid, on trade-in, for a $20k cheaper truck. I walked out with heavier pockets. Lol
  23. Took it in for an oil change and left with heavier pockets and a truck half the size. Bye bye High Country, hello RCSB SLE.
