Has it ever worked? If not, back to the dealership and let them sort it. If so, it may be your radio got fried. The radio in my 2021 lost Wi-Fi and Bluetooth a few months ago, yet radio and Sirius still worked fine. Radio was replaced at dealership. Thank goodness for extended warranty!

Well, dealer says there is a short in the radio. Extended warranty should cover it.

Niklasbraun - I think so. I pulled the negative cable yesterday and let it sit for a while. Some of my settings got lost, so I'm pretty sure it was long enough for a reset. Still same issue. Gray Add Phone button... Can't add via Android Auto either. I took it to the dealership today. I'll see what they come back with. $144 diagnostic fee!!!! That will be applied towards the repair.

PhilB, I will do that. Redwngr - yes. And tried both an Android and an Apple phone. With the connect phone button grayed out, it doesn't seem to matter at all.

You were right -- computer on wheels. I started to do as you suggested, but with the 'extra' panel on top of the battery, I got a little scared and decided not to. It's not as simple as just undoing the positive lead. I have to unbolt the panel on top, pop it loose, and make sure none of the extra wires and fuses get messed up. Then I might be able to pull the positive lead.

2021 1500 AT4 truck with a Bluetooth issue. 4 days ago my Bluetooth seems to have died. In the morning, phone was connected, everything is fine. Come back to truck later that day, my phone won't connect. Do a forget phone, and try to reconnect and the Connect Phone button is grayed out, so I can't connect phone. Also tried through Android Auto, and the connect to My GMC screen just sits there. The phone never sees the Bluetooth from the truck. Wife's Apple phone is the same. I called onstar who ran their script and after ten minutes said you have to take it to the dealership. Anyone else have this issue? What fixed it. Ami just SOL?

The center dash screen on my wife's 2023 Acadia Denali has just started going black every time a mobile csll comes in. Once the call is over, screen comes back to life. Anyone else experiencing that issue?

I've got a 21 AT4 with the IOS-GMC infotainment system. There is a way to get a split view of radio and your call history.. (I hit home button twice and it shows) Does anyone know if that can be changed? Rather than seeing calls, I want to see the map. I use Android Auto and Google maps, but noticed that it's the same for Apple Car as well

So, I have a 2021 AT4. I've not been through the manual and fuse blocks like y'all. Y'all have more energy than I... However, the only thing I have found that retains power is the old 'cigarette lighter' connection. Everything else shuts down. One of the USB A ports retains power 'for a while'. I think it's about ten minutes (the same as the radio if you don't get out of the vehicle) Don't know if the newer model years have that connection or not, but for me that still works That port is also the only thing strong enough to power an AC/DC converter to run a laptop computer.

I have a 2021 AT4 with the 6.2L. I'm getting better gas mileage now than with my 2014 with a 5.3. I've been pleasantly surprised at the fuel economy. Especially on long highway trips.

I could have sworn I added the RC storage to my list in Amazon, but I can't find it. So, I searched for it on Amazon, and I am now wondering if I am boing crazy because I cannot even find the RC version of underseat storage on Amazon. @Jettech1 I don't think you've posted an Amazon link to the storage unit -- could you please? If you have, then I am just blind as well as crazy....

Agree with smit303! I use them on dimly lit roads and twisty mountain roads quite often. Helps to light up the edges far better than low beams.

Did your truck come with the 20"spare, or did you buy that later? Mine came with the standard 17" and I didn't think to ask for a 20.

I had a retrax on my 2014. I won't buy another one. After a couple of yeara, it leaked badly all down both sides and at spots in the middle. Retrax warrantied the cover, but I had to buy new rails. Still leaked. For long trips, I ended up putting a roof top bag in the back end and storing stuff in it inside the closed bed.

First post here, but long time reader! I just traded in my 2014 Sierra after the transmission conked out only about 650 miles from home while we were heading to CO for vacation. So, rather than spending 6K and 2K for A/C work, I traded it in and bought a new GMC 1500 AT4. The dealer had NOTHING on the lot, but shows delivery of the truck I bought, to be next week. I just checked with GMC, and they told me the same thing the dealer did. I'm kinda excited about this, even though I wasn't planning on buying a new truck yet. I'm also a bit worried about delivery next week. Can y'all tell me if the status you get from GMC is pretty accurate? I guess I'm asking how worried should I be? I'll be cutting it close, but salesguy was pretty positive. He said, if it isn't here, I'll ship it on a truck to you! (I got that in writing!)

Ok, you got my attention..... Clicking steering wheel?? Like when you turn the wheel? And can only hear it inside? I've had that issue too. Dealer greased something that made the inside of the truck smell for a couple of days. After a couple months, the clicking slowly came back. I'd be interested in knowing what your dealership says.
