  1. So long story short the retailer called me back and said the Dirty Life rims were on backorder, so they upgraded me(more Expensive) to the Fuel Vector in Bronze for no extra charge, not the best pics but got them on my truck tonight and so far i really like the look, need to get better pics with some more light haha 17 x 8.5 +7mm offset 265 70R17 No rub with mudflaps installed From this To this, so much better... And all three sets of wheels, the XD Hoss have my factory SRA's for summer use
  2. I'm going with Dirty Life ROADKILL Series Wheels - Matte Black with Black Beadlock in a 17x8.5 and 0mm odffset with the Falken Wildpeak A/T3W Tires-Falken Wildpeak A/T3W Tire - LT265/70R17/10 This will be my winter setup for winter here in Manitoba, Canada, I currently have Blizzak W965 on OEM steel wheels but it is so fugly compared to my summer setup
  3. Also the Falken tire size I picked needs a 7 - 8.5 rim and I want something all black and don't feel like spending a fortune
  4. haha no I was told the that American racing wheel wouldn't fit because of my brakes, I would like to stay as close to 0mm as possible as I like the way my summer tire setup looks giving it a tad wider stance, the factory wheels were 18mm offset.
  5. Well I called them today to double check about the rims and they told me they will not fit haha, so they have refunded my order and I'm going to make another order and I may go with the Ultra Wheels Phantom 225 in a 17 x 8 in a 1mm offset https://www.partsengine.ca/ultra-wheels-phantom-225-satin-black-p-63765.aspx#
  6. Looks to be nothing but likes for these tires, today I ordered a set of the LT 265 70R17/10 which has the 18/32 tread depth, a little more than what I need being load range E and 10 ply but my current 17" Blizzak W965 are the same load range and I find the ride to be pretty good. The American racing Wheels are not a proper fit so now looking at some Ultra Wheels, started snowing here today so looking forward to getting them put on and powering through some of the white stuff, the Blizzaks are amazing in the snow but they are mounted on 17" OEM Steel wheels and it's ugly compared to my KMC XD Hoss wheels haha. I'll post some pictures once they are mounted
  7. I got really excited until I seen the price of two bulbs haha, $350 ouch especially when the rest are a max of $85 ??? so for me in Canada with exchange and all that it would prob be like $500 to my door which is insanity
  8. Truck is supposed to be ready today, they just have to install the towing mirrors, tonneau cover and change the chrome mudflaps to black chrome, So far they have installed the Anzo LED tail lights, Weathertech floor mats and KMC Wheels, I will get some better shots when I have her but here's one for now.
  9. When I purchased my 2014 Sierra I really dislikes the Silverado front end, but now I really like the Silverado front end so I have a 2017 LT2 Z71 on the way , oh and and the Denali and High Country are wayyy out of my price range lol but nice trucks.
  10. Probably should have just got an SLT or All Terrain lol, I'm sure the harness wouldn't be cheap if I would need to get it from the dealer haha
  11. Oh man I wish they had the RH one as well and I would totally pick up a set for my SLE, when I bought my truck 3 weeks ago the salesman told me it had the LED headlights and halfway through buying it I noticed it didn't and they looked into putting them in at $800 each and would do nothing for me so I was a little peed as I love the LED DRL look, he said even if I had them put in they had to program something in the truck to change it from the headlight DRL to the LED DRL, a pair of these and some programing would be cheap enough but I see there are no RH ones for sale Chad
  12. I actually found a way to wire a capacitor in where the relay plugs into and it's working as needed so far, googled it and found an easy method haha
  13. Hey all, first post here, got my new Sierra SLE about 2 weeks ago it's a 2014 in emerald Green Metallic and I'm loving it To date I have installed an DDM HID kit on 5 of my past vehicles now and this is the first one that I have ever needed to wire in capacitors and I'm not sure how exactly to wire them into the harness, I see by the diagram on page one of this thread where they go within the wiring but not sure exactly how to wire them in, in saying that I have ordered a spare pair of bulbs and a set of the code eliminators from DDM but I'm not sure if putting those in will solve my flickering problem(only during the day) or I just need to wire in the capacitors. The lights work great but during the day I am getting the flickering issue so I just manually turn them on before I shift to drive. Any help appreciated, thanks A pic of my Sierra and my dog Mandy
