Actually, all the BDS dealers i've spoken to have said $700 for installation. -

You can get the 6" bds kit with coilovers, fox 2.0 shocks, boots and rear leafs for $2600. You just need to go through an authorized dealer/installer. -

How are you guys removing the mirror caps without breaking the clips. I have a new take offs to put on mine and the instructions say to grab the cover pull up and then put. I tried earlier today but felt like I was about to break the damn things. Anyone have luck using a trim removal tool to apply pressure on the bottom gap to get them to pop off? Also, on a separate note what's the best method to remove the interior trim from the doors? -
